its fairly obvious that working in my garden or being with horses or animals in general, give me peace. I pray and meditate in and out of the garden but somehow working in it clears my head and gives me the peace I need to know what I am suppose to do, or where I ventured wrong and how I can make the most of my relationships and life.

Getting to the coast or the lakes before everyone else and getting in a kayak and paddling around and taking in the scenery. Then rigging the rod and casting away my hearts desire. Paddling back in, while everyone else is trying to get out to where I had just had my ultimate quiet bliss.

Absolutely no sound in this house other than the sound of my breathing, Lucy's snoring and the hummmm of my AC....

- Time with my family (but not too much time - LOL).
- Yoga, yoga, and yoga. - Swimming or being in water of any kind...totally turns my mind off and I transcend time and space. - Laughing with friends. - Traveling with SB, discovering far off places and existing outside myself for awhile. - Listening to the kitties snore while I read a good book in my PJs. - Snow. |
