I just clipper cut my hair (goodbye faux hawk) and am now drying off and relaxing after a shower. Next I'll read a bit and head to bed.

I'm enjoying a cup of Earl Grey tea, lounging in bed enjoying an extra day off. The pups were up bright and early (5:15am) ready for breakfast...and I never went back to sleep. The morning doves are cooing, the garden is watered, life is good. :)

Life is good.

I'm procrastinating cleaning the kitchen in a big bad way.

Taking a break from cleaning.... I need to get the bookcase in our bedroom cleaned off so I can put away the heap of books that I have in a holding pattern in the living room since yesterday....but I really don't wanna....and that is SOooo not like me... :blush: Prolly gonna finish up the last 30 pages of Half Broke Horses...

Watching paint dry... No really, I am painting my display cases outside and I don't want a bunch of fluff in the paint so I am watching it dry.

Just got off a phone call with the credit card company. It seems they have detected fraudulent activity with my card, canceled it, then wanted to charge me to expedite me a new one. Get this...$29.99 to receive it tomorrow! Wth! After a short pause, she informed me that I would not need to pay it afterall and it would be waived. Haaahaaahaaa! Unreal!

He has a job interview tomorrow and, since he needs the practice, I'm letting him make the 2 hour drive. Anyway - so far I've heard a lot of Johnny Cash, Bob Dylan, Tony Bennett.
