I believe That my kneck and shoulders and back have hurt long enough..

I believe that Im going to end up facing my fear of someone I dont know touching me and going to have a massage. I cant take this pain anymore.

I believe that this past week literally knocked me to my knees. Therefore I believe that I'm beyond exhausted and it's time for bed (Ys, it's early. But hey, who cares. Right?).
