Last night wasn't great. I went to bed late and got up early to go to the gym and get my wonderful day underway so I think I got about 6 hours again. Tonight, the alarm will not be set and I will likely not be up too late so I have high expectations for a lovely and long snooze fest.

Six and a half hours - I'm on a roll!

I got about 8 hours, with a bathroom break in there somewhere, so I'm appreciative this morning.

I had about a solid 4 and then a "wide awake break" at 4am that I did not appreciate then another hour somewhere with weird weird weird dreams. I think I'm going to add "nap" to today's agenda.

8, unheard for me!!!! I woke up as a lot but was able to go back to sleep, so I feel reasonably rested.

Hey, I read this article a week or so ago that claims you can reset your circadian clock by camping for a week. Holiday Inns don't count, nor do RVs, which is unfortunate for us who are a bit older and are seeking a little more comfort. Supposedly in order for this to work it requires one to actually sleep outside. Five hours last night and I'm dragging this morning.

I woke after 5 hours and I was not amused. It took me a while but I got back to sleep and eventually got about 8 hours, thank goodness. I needed it.

Four hours. Was up late chatting on the phone. I'll catch up on sleep on my next day off.

7 with only mild interruptions which is pretty darn good for me.

I got about 8 hours again, more or less. Again, with the bathroom break in the middle of the night. And again, I could use more, I feel. I think that break is costing me. I have to have a talk with my bladder.

8+ hours...i am a heavy sleeper but i woke up during the storm last nite...never waking up all the way...i slept until the alarm went off...then got to lay in bed for almost an hour as i have a dentist appt today and only work half a day today :)

I think that I am sleeping better, now that I am relatively pain-free. I'm liking this.

It's 4:30am and I have yet to go to sleep. I have to be up for class in 3 hours.. not excited about this.

I got about 5.5 hours.
I'm taking a dose of Emergen-C this morning because my immune system is definitely suffering. |

I think I hit around the 7.5 or maybe 8? The last few hours were up and down but... more than usual for sure!

Sleep
I slept a solid 8 hours and feel well rested.

While I was working, 3 hours was the min., 5 hours optimal.
Now, since life has gotten all boring, the more...the better. Dreams lately, are much more exciting than RL. The answer the question of the thread, about 9 fitful hours. |

Nine, almost ten. I feel rested, but tired too, which might be associated with my blood pressure meds. Idk. But I slept good.

8 hours in the bed, but only 5 or 6 solid hours of sleep. Comical dreams kept waking me. :superfunny:
