Excited about some good news from my VA Dr.
Sore from work, just got home.
Pained, my low back is acting up so its too painful to sit for very long. I really like the mahjong solitaire on here but i can only handle sitting for about 5 minutes at my laptop and that 5 minutes is up...

Hacked off. Just as my life is really starting to come together, I discover i have a heart condition (erratic heartbeat) that's going to put a crimp in things to some extent. And I don't feel quite as right as I did a week ago before I accidentally over-exerted myself at exercise and ended up in A&E at the local hospital. Going to have to go on blood-thinners, looks like. Those'r for old people! And I feel like I'm nineteen, mentally.

Grrrr.

Right. I can do this. So no sense me trying to get through derby min skills - I won't be able to exercise hard enough, but I can still skate for a bit of exercise now and then. And I'll have more time for working on cherche la femme.. - WIN!

Indecisive.

I'm feeling a bit off today. Still upset about my paycheck. They will cut me another check but not until Monday......I'm still kinda down about my family going back home yesterday. Don't know what's up with that? Seems as I get older I'm realizing my Mom is getting older and our time together is limited. It makes saying goodbye when they leave real hard.

Just fabulous! Got some excersise, some groceries, a hair cut and now a relaxing warm soak. Bliss and blessed!

A little sad that our vacation is over but man am I ready to be in my own bed again. Looking forward to returning though!

I feel content and a particular type of happiness. The kind of feelings that feel good to feel. :rrose:

This. I miss my parents something awful and it has only been a few hours, but they like the boyfriend so we will be back as soon as possible!

So I am sad, but looking to the future!

Accomplished! I finally, finally, finally finished a project that I have been meaning to get to all summer! The sad thing is it wasn't difficult so much as a time sucker. Feels soooo good to cross that off the "complete this summer" list! :cheer:

Excited! My mother and I are signed up for the Teal Power 5K on September 16th. It's to raise money for research for ovarian cancer. Today I got my first donation. ��

Relieved to be on land. Flying above thunder is nerve wracking! :|

I'm sad to just hear the news about Jerry Lewis. The laughs you provided will not be forgotten....

I'm sad and happy.. sad Jerry Lewis died .. I loved his old movies with the rat pack and Dean martin.. I'm happy that he will get to party with them all again now.

I'm excited about the solar eclipse tomorrow. It should be at about 85% here. We have one pair of glasses to share among 10 of us at the office, so that should be interesting...lol.

Also, trying to milk the last few hours of the weekend...not ready for the workweek to start.

Yucky, hard to explain but yucky. Hopefully the up coming ablation will help.

The sadness just keeps coming today! My heart and prayers go out to the families of the 10 missing sailors from the USS John McCain and oiler collision. 😔

I'm just cranky. The end of Summer always brings out the worse in me; I've just had all the heat I can take. Every year I say, no more. I can't survive one more Texas Summer. I've survived 36 of them. I'm done.

I feel wonderful. I just received a UPS package which is great in itself. It's always fun to receive packages. Inside this package was a ukelele! I'd have to say it's one of the best birthday gifts (or gifts in general) that I've ever received. Thank you, 22! You are awesome and I am thankful for you.

I say the same. But am in the process of possibly moving out of Texas so I won't have to deal with the summer's.

Somewhat relieved at good as could be expected medical news.
