Plans to work on my "Hall of Queer Art" - Getting some stuff framed and hanging other pieces. Love having a hallway that will eventually be completely filled with artwork done by Queer artists. Have a piece from Musicfemme, one from Pixie, one that I won at the auction last year from PrudenceJuris, and another sculptural piece that I won from LeftWriteFemme.
Love walking down the hall and seeing all of the creativity from people I love. <3 |

Beleave it or not,the simple thing as siting out in the sun today.My fur kids were out raming around the yard so evern now and then one or both came in and wanted me to go outside.Ive bee feeling kinda poorly the last week so ive hold up in the house.I pulled a lounge chair from the garage..stretched out and felt the healing rays of the sun charging my body.gonna do it some tomorrow.

She was an hour from home Monday, nearly out of gas in Belmont. She had forgotten her wallet, and the gas station attendant refused to accept a credit card over the phone from her husband. She heard the beep-beep-beep of a big white work truck backing up toward her with two men inside. The driver motioned for her to lower her window. Warchol, 29, was already upset, and now two strange men were approaching. She hesitated. The passenger got out. Honey, he asked her, are you out of gas? Almost. And then he did the most unexpected thing. He handed her a receipt from the gas station for $25 worth of gas, and said: I just figured you needed some help. Warchol was stunned. She asked for his name and address to repay him, but he said that wasn't necessary. Can I give you a hug? That, he did accept. Then off he drove. "He was such an angel to my day," she said. She went into the store and asked the attendants whether they knew him. She said they told her they thought he was her husband. "I've never wanted for anything in my life," Warchol said. "It just opened my eyes to what that could be like in a very minute manner. In that instant, I really needed help. I didn't have to ask him." Because he wouldn't accept repayment, she donated $50 Tuesday to a leukemia fundraiser. Then she called the Observer, because she wanted the rest of us to know that with so many bad things going on in the world, a good thing happened. She mentioned that her Samaritan's name was on the receipt. Craig Griffin. The Observer located him in Alabama. He's an electrical technician and, no, he doesn't go around handing out money. *Giving Dino a bath; *Sitting outside on the deck, drinking my coffee, smoking my pipe, and watching all my furkids run around in the backyard. Within about 20 min. they end up on the deck, and laying down next to me or on my lap. |

The other night I had a dream about a specific feather...a wing feather from a Sparrow...
Walking from my car to the office this morning what do I find right outside the building entrance? Yep, a wing feather from a Sparrow! Way cool! |
While this did make Me smile, it also made Me cry ......... amid the wreckage of the tsunami in Japan, this is a precious reminder at the love a pet not only has for humans but for other animals as well :-)

My honey telling me on the telephone every detail of her travel and how she was glad I was not there to witness her drive every body crazy and telling them No way I am spending the night in a Hotel.. I need to get to Austin !! plus they had the nerve to tell me it free but I had to pay $53 for my Pinky Winky LOL is her dog her baby.
