I have loved this guy forever. He never made it. Not even close. Still a high school teacher, I saw by the notes on another video. I love the notes on this one. People haven't been able to get this song for years and then it pops up on Youtube and you can hear the gratitude. A few dudes anyway. Losers like me. ;)

This is one from back in the day. My favorite song of his is "Drunk Like Son House." You can hear it on Spotify.

I noticed I had two songs in a row with Memphis in the title so I thought I'd make a thing of it. Sonny Landreth must have made a deal with the devil.

I forgot about Memphis and started listening to Buddy Miller songs. (I got oral surgery today and need to distract myself. *ow*)

Anyway, Buddy owns this Jesse Winchester song, BUT I found this very rough live recording of George Strait's version, and it's just awesome. A fan did this. Shaky camera, and a Mitt Romney ad popped up. I guess they assume that if you like George Strait, you'd like Romney.

Anyway, George gave me goosebumps, bless him.
