My usual oatmeal made with almond milk and with chia seeds, flaxseed, bee pollen, sliced almonds, chopped walnuts and blueberries. Oj to drink.

An .... Brownie Crunch Think Thin (tm) protein bar and an quart of water and another cup of strong decaf coffee with hemp milk.

So I'm splurging old school TexMex style... 2 Eggs over medium with salsa all over em Bacon, Flour tortilla Cinnamon coffee with sweet cream |

I had a bit of a peculiar breakfast for me but it helped me to clean a couple things out of the fridge so it worked out. I toasted pizza crust naan and put leftover meatless meat sauce on it with some finely shredded parmesan and finished it in the oven. I had a cocktail of water, oj and pom juice and a sliced pear for some freshness and to combat the overly acidic meal.

An cup of freshly sliced cantaloupe and watermelon chunks, with an sprinkling of Chia seeds. One tiny slice of artisan gluten-free Multigrain sourdough bread, with a big helping of freshly ground peanut butter. One cup of freshly brewed decaf coffee, with an touch of high protein Plant milk and a packet of Raw Stevia. Pecan Date Granola, on the side (quarter cup).

I was running errands so I had Cheetos and LaCroix for breakfast LOL.
