An plant based protein smoothie made with Raspberries, Hemp milk and an half of an banana. It was very yummy. :bunchflowers:

Eggs from my OWN CHICKENS!!! Topped with a slice of smoked Gouda. As an after thought I did a brief sauté of some nice orange pepper that I had. Topped all of that with some sea salt mixed with herbs and my ever present 21 season salute from Trader Joe’s.

Ps: my barred rock, Dolly, laid a double yoker! Tomorrow I will find out if this is the norm or an anamoly.

I make a very similar smoothie! I use coconut milk, plant based protein powder, raspberries and banana. Oh and turmeric. You never know when your joints will need it!

I made bacon, scrambled eggs with onions and cheese, fresh tomato and fresh avocado, and biscuits with honey. Hot chocolate to drink.

It was more of a brunch really but I had 2 scrambled organic brown eggs, a toasted whole wheat hoagie with 4 different kinds of cheese melted on it, hot pepper bacon jam, maple bacon, a granny smith apple and a pom juice cocktail.

This morning I was ravenous AND I missed my local restaurant peeps so i walked down for some grub.

I got 2 eggs, scrambled with spinach, mushrooms and provolone. Cinnamon raisin toast on the side. Black coffee and ice water to drink. I also got a gingerbread muffin to take home. (Half of it was lunch)

The company was just what I needed to amend my mood. And I got to try their chai. The owner had made herself one and shared it with me. Yes, we’re that kind of cozy lol

Today it’s two eggs over hard with smoked Gouda melted on it and two chicken/apple sausage links.

The eggs are from my chickens, a tiny one from little Cleo and a double yolker from gigantic Dolly. My other 6 chickens have not produced eggs thus far....

Spicy vegetarian breakfast wraps. Flour tortillas, not as good as my grandmother's but pretty darn close, filled with plain egg omlet, cheddar cheese, sour cream, mushrooms, tomato, fresh spinach. Seasoned with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper and a dab of green salsa. Coffee and orange pekoe tea to drink earlier this morning, so just water to drink with breakfast. It's suprising how much more food I get for my for my money when I avoid fast food, meals away from home and cut back on meat.

I made scrambled eggs with onion and queso, fresh tomatoes, cantaloupe, bacon and rasberry coffee cake. Mixed juice to drink.

Yummy!
