I want a fun easy morning with my kid- enjoying our tradition of cooking for the masses who come a little later in the morning. Waking up to the smell of our traditional slow cooked overnight oatmeal and moving into quiche and muffins, coffee and hot chocolate.
I want a relaxing morning with family coming over, smooching on my baby nephew and seeing him in the hat I got him that involves making it look like he has a bright red mohawk. I'm really content. There is nothing material I want. Just time with my family, good food, good smells, smiles. |
I only want two things right now
for my girl to wake up excited and happy on Christmas morning for all of those I love to receive everything they want most on Christmas day |
All i wanted was to be able to start emt training when the next session started and I am getting just that :)

As cornball as this may sound, I have everything I could ask for for Christmas.
Material possessions are nice, but the comfort and love of my family is really all I need and want. I'm blessed and I know it. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to you all. |

What I want for Christmas is a new set of stock pots,the ones I have are older than my son.

This will be the seventh Christmas alone; my family are 1300 miles away. I make my own holiday...a beautiful dinner, Christmas carols and movies. I've picked out clothes and artwork as presents to myself.

As long as I have a roof over my head, bills paid and my rescues have food and litter, I don't need a thing.

I am blessed to recieve many gifts at Christmas, for which I am and always will be greatful! My children have a stock pile under the tree every year... but all I really want, and especially this year, is the resources to give my son the life he deserves. Its hard to raise a child with special needs in a small community on a tight budget. All I want for Christmas is to see my children happy and know I can provide a life that will help make their dreams come true.
