I usually feel like PePe LePew.... Not that I stink (I don't think! I just smell like Lush shampoo and coconut oil!), but he's always crushin' on that kitty and she just ruuuunnnnss away.

How very sweet! SU is my main crush of course, and he's okay with me crushin' around. He figures I'm not likely to run off with anyone and well, he does get some benefit ;) if you know what I mean.

Okay admitting that I am standing under the star lite night waiting for a shooting one so I can make a wish on it. I would wish this thread was like Facebook and kindly notified me if my name is mentioned. Just so I wouldn't have to go through all the posts looking for a 2x4 with my name on it.

She knows. (f) I can say that I haven't met a person yet who "gets" me like she does, doesn't want to try to make me into someone I'm not. It's nice to feel like even with all my scars and imperfections, that maybe I am "good enough" just being me, that there's nothing wrong with me being atypical, that there's no expectations to be uber-macho. She's perfectly fine with the fact that I am more "Clark Kent" than "Superman"-- I'll peel off the suit and tie, step up if needed, but I don't want to be anyone's superhero. I want a woman strong enough to stand on her own.

The most wonderful part though is no pressure, no rush. It's enjoyable taking the time to talk, to get to know her, and to enjoy that comfortable silence one feels when he is secure in the steps he is making. It's a slow journey on the road of what could possibly become something quite beautiful.

I'm a huge fan of the 2x4 ...

I'm not so keen on the obvious sometimes.

And sometimes, this femme needs a clue by four. Honestly folks, JUST SAY SOMETHING! Otherwise, a whole bunch of us are oblivious.
