4 tiny sausage biscuits

I'm having a very late breakfast too - French toast made with Franz Keto white bread, real butter and Cary's sugar free syrup. Coffee with ½ and whipping cream blend.

I had two breakfasts today. I'm a Hobbit! My pre-workout meal was a small banana with approximately 1/3 tsp of reduced fat peanut butter.
My post workout meal was oj, 5 cashews (eaten daily for good skin health and because they are DELICIOUS), 25 giant organic blueberries, half of a piece of oven toasted naan with pepper jack cheese melted on top and Morning Star Farms Italian Sausage Style Crumbles with sautéed jarred mushrooms on top of the cheese. That was far better than I expected it to be considering I was combining a few odds and ends to get rid of them. I put a dollop of EVOO infused with basil and a dollop of EVOO infused with garlic in the crumbles and mushroom mix and I think it added subtle je ne sais quoi to it that I enjoyed. A Honey Crisp apple and water finished the meal out. |
It's brunch, actually, but I had a big hunk of Hawaiian pizza from Dave's Marketplace, a SunGold kiwi, some oj, some water and some chocolate milk while I was waiting for the pizza to heat up.

My technical breakfast was my pre-workout banana and reduced fat peanut butter with water.
Brunch was when all the extra yummy stuff appeared: roasted pepper and asiago chicken sausage, basmati rice, steamed edamame, steamed antioxidant blend veggies and cinnamon apple chips. Water and oj to drink. |
Half a cup of Oatmeal with peanut butter, which I stirred in a few chopped walnuts and drizzled Molasses over. Rico cooked up some peppered Bacon and I ate a few slices of Bacon, too. A small cup of coffee and a side of water to drink up. Yummy breakfast. :cherry:

LOL I had a catastrophic cooking day yesterday. Actually was able to save it all and it was funny in the end and it all worked out.
Breakfast today was I had put biscuit dough in a round pan and flattened it out to bake. So this morning I cut it into quarters and made a bacon egg and cheese sammie out of this disaster |
Skipping it. Going to the kids today for Thanksgiving so nothing but coffee till then. I might make one teeny tiny pancake to carry me over. It's easy to imagine such strength and fortitude now at 2AM but as for around 2PM, I don't know.

I can smell the Blueberry Mascarpone stuffed french toast in the oven now.

Breakfast is my main meal today so it's a piece of turkey breast, curry apple orzo salad, baked sweet potato wedges, an eggplant cutlet and a stuffing ball. Orange juice to drink. It is breakfast, after all.

Before my workout, I had a banana, some water and about half a tsp of reduced fat peanut butter. After my workout, I had steak, mashed potatoes, steamed veggies and oj to drink.

I’m thinking of frying the last of the thick-cut bacon and maybe an omelette? Not too sure yet since it’s early.

Cup of salted caramel hot chocolate.
I really want some roasted veggies, tho. And …. Some scrambled eggs with cheese. |
