Getting out on the road on my Harley, no destination in mind, just feeling the wind against me, free'ing my mind, my soul, just riding to nowhere.

Warm breezy day

Cozy spot down by the river

Picnic basket filled with all sorts of edible goodies

Beautiful woman

A book to read aloud from...

Sparkle 04-07-2011 09:36 AM

drifting off in front of a roaring fire.

floating in the sea and allowing the waves to move me.

gazing on a clear & starry night.

waking up with sunshine on my face and pillow.

I love this! It reminds me of my many beach vacations, and swinging in the hammock. Just a wonderful visual. :hangloose:

Today, nothing, sadly.

That my life is my own and that I live honestly and with integrity. No one can take that away from me or change that reality.

(cottonelle) moist wipes, for real.

Knowing that this is how life is supposed to be. Knowing life is not supposed to be filled with drama and chaos. Knowing that I am not supposed to work myself to death to prove myself. Knowing that I am worthy. Sorry it took so long for it to sink in, self.

What gives me peace...

Being on the water;

Watching water fountains;

Holding and rocking my furkids;

Sitting on my deck and having hummingbirds and other birds land on my shoulders to rest.

Guy 04-09-2011 07:16 PM

Taking the furkids for a long walk around the community, then seeing a few friendly gators near the pond on the way home.

JAGG 04-09-2011 07:23 PM

peace

Depends on the season. Winter is hard , most things I find comfort in require you to be outside. Sitting on the patio after a long day at work, just watching the birds, or butterflies, or listening to the bullfrogs, in my bare feet If I'm really restless, I run , or play basketball, or riding my motorcycle, I get alot of thinking done when I do those things. Just floating around the swimming pool is very relaxing for me. Playing golf always makes me happy , no matter what. I just realized something. When I'm restless or in pain, I just want to be alone, if I hang out with friends, or go to an event , seems to make things worse.

Having a quiet meditation time for myself...beginning with turning off everything - tv, phone, computer...followed by a sage smudge sometimes with sweetcrass, cedar and/or lavender, then incense and candles, selection of a crystal and then i sit quietly for as long as it takes...letting the cobwebs clear and finding peaceful ground again...:ohm:
