Seriously, I don't eat breakfast and I need to start. I am going to get some ideas from you guys if that is OK.

I usually just have coffee. A lot of coffee.

Start small, otherwise your tummy will rebel. Maybe toast or a piece of fruit with your coffee and then gradually add a bit more until you find an amount that works for you.

Tomorrow I will have some grilled turkey ham, 2 eggs, some plain Greek yogurt with some raw green beans. Odd I know, but it works well for me :)

one pancake which took me an hour to eat and it had to be washed down with lots of coffee...sighing...back to eating very very carefully again.

am still dropping lots of weight and inches but there is swelling where the stumach is and this is not good.

Whatever an excer is, I'm sure it's important to size it properly.
