yes... there is a 2400 watt converter.. built in
there r small inverters u can get for your car...... it plugs into a ciggy lighter.. and on other end is a plug outlit... its good for running a lap top or a blow dryer... most truck stops sell that... but i think some of the auto supplies are selling them too.

jobs are hard to get.well good paying ones anyways...... and i know i been saying im gonna quit this for a long time. well its time i do .. but i wont until i have something else lined up.

raising2alone 01-06-2011 02:00 PM

sylvie 01-15-2011 06:14 AM

good saturday morning all!
brrrr this morning here, i'm cold..
it apparently snowed a lil last night (i'm sick of snow)
but it was only flurries, thank goodness..

i'm ready for warmer weather, soon! i've been dreaming of fruity drinks and sandy beaches and tropical delights, so that's a sure sign i'm over winter!

Jesse 01-15-2011 12:17 PM

Afternoon Sylvie. I am ready for Spring as well, even though we really do not get much of a winter here.

Good afternoon all, I hope this post finds you well :) I too would LOVE for spring to show itself a bit early, we had a week of mid 20s to low 30s last week and I absolutely hate the cold! Thankfully, that's not typical weather for Oklahoma, just a bad cold snap.

Yes I would love for it to be warmer already and spring show itself a little bit early this year that would be great...hope everyone is having a great day so far...

T D 01-15-2011 03:46 PM

Just poppin my head in to say hey :)

Also, I'm soooo over this cold weather as well. Heck I live in CA in an area where it doesn't even snow and I'm over it. I can't imagine living in the snow. Nope, no way..... LOL

Hope everyone's having a good weekend!!

argh, show off! LOL...
it snowed here some last night but not very much, just enough to dust the snow we already have, heh.. but, it's pretty mild here today actually..

you know, the weather has changed so significantly since i was little.. i remember snow to the rooftops almost, and deep deep cold... we don't get that much anymore *not complaining though* lol..
the cold we do have and the snow we do have, is enough by gawd! lol..

Jesse, wonderin' if there is some kinda way we can bribe mother nature for an early, early spring this year! :D

sylvie 01-16-2011 08:27 AM

Happy Sunday singles ! ♥
Sunshiney day here today, wish it was enough to melt the snow away though! lol..

i just got home from work, have to go back in 2 1/2 hours, and work til this evening again.. Gotta love those split shifts... (or at least i keep trying to tell myself that)...

:|
Hope ya's have a wonderful kinda day today!
(((huggggggz)))

Jesse 01-16-2011 12:47 PM

Well, it looks like we are going to stay in the high 60's/low 70's for the rest of this month...I can deal with that.

Sylvie, where is it that you live and when does Spring generally arrive? Neve know about FL. It may be in the 80's and 90's next month, at least for some of it, or it may be in the 50's.

hi Jesse! i'm in New Brunswick, Canada..basically i am one hour from the border of Calais, Maine USA..spring usualllly arrives around May'ish i'd say.. though the official first day of spring is like end of March i think.. the weather starts warming up some through April, usually by end of April and beginning of May, i'm a happy girl LOL!

my great aunt & uncle have a place in Florida and they spend their winters there every year, i should pack myself in their suitcases next year and spend my winter being a beach bum! :D

*so thinking this thread needs a party or something to get it moving again*

< -- has party supplies, and not scared to use them!

Jesse 01-17-2011 12:57 PM

Brrrr! I do not envy you living there. It rarely gets colder than 50 in the day time here, and seldom drops below freezing at night. Most often though we are in the 60's and 70's during winter. Think it is 70 today, but rainy.

brrrr is right Jesse!!
tonight it is -18 Celsius but with the windchill it's
i'm not sure what that is in fahrenheit, but.. i know tis chilllly lol..

i'm all wrapped in my snuggie tonight, with fuzzy socks on, jammies, drinkin hot cocoa now.. just to help warm me up some, eeps.. lol.. the walk home from work is why i have the chills now, even a hot shower didn't help warm me..

so i need to retire down south one day LOL or at least for the winter months heh..

did you have a good day today?
