My kittys' soft fur against the back of my legs as I fall asleep at night :)
The crinkle and crunch of my feather duvet. The crunchy spots found in really amazing aged gouda cheeses, like Prima donna or Beemster XO. Riding my bike with a breeze in the day and dappled sun coming through the trees above. |

I enjoy visiting with my frogs. :)
They're always glad to see me, greet me with a smile and Mr. Ivan even has a song for me, most of the time. :frog::frog::frog::heartbeat: Of course, the cup of mealworms might have something to do with that. :winky: Mother said, "Wow, these frogs are a lot of work for you." :| Funny, I never looked at caring for them as "work". :| I look at it as love. :awww: ~Theo~ :bouquet: |

Being able to wash dishes, take a shower, do laundry or make my bed without getting out of breath and tired.
Not coughing - especially because when I do my cat looks at me, then at her hairball medicine, then at me again...Just know what she's thinking..."Hey food lady, when I make that noise you give me the fish flavoured Vaseline in the tube. It's yummy. You should try it...oh and give me some while you're at it. Obey me woman!" Being able to breathe to the bottom of my lungs without it hurting. Not having to take any more of that disgusting cough syrup... |

Although it has not always been this way...
I am enjoying being put thru grueling physical workouts. In the past I would curse the trainer but now...I am so happy to be able to make my body work hard. There was a time when I would detest sweating...now I WANT to sweat, it means I am pushing this previously sedentary body to a new level. When the sweat starts running down my face and into my eyes...I have to admit I enjoy it ~ it means I have taken control of how I treat this one body I have been given and it feels damn good.
