I got a surprise from UPS today, a new book from Amazon, from a special someone !!!!! I'm not used to someone buying me prizes, I think I'm spoiled !!!

She never fails to let me know she loves me. Actions speak louder than words.

She is loving and caring right back to me. We share everything, good and bad, and work the hard stuff out together. I am so blessed!

because friends and that special someone let me know what I truly mean to them and go out of their way to show me. instead of making me doubt or feel non-valued or used

Hy tells me so
Hy comes to see me at work on hys days off just to say hi and hy misses me
Hy cooks me my favorite meal (Pasta with alfredo sauce and broccoli, and garlic cheese bread!)
Our furbabies go crazy and jump all over me when I come home
Our Goose sends me 'I miss you and I love you' texts randomly
My parents call me often, and text me as well just to see how I am doing it

Because she calls me every Thursday as soon as she gets home from school to see if she can sleep over Fri and a
Sat. Sometimes she calls me just to tell me she misses me.
And to complain about some boy that bugs her at school.

She is 9. My sunshine shadow!!!!!!

and SHE wants to marry ME and take MY NAME! We will be married in both countries, the legal one will be small with dear ones we have selected, the second one will be HERE and a CELEBRATION! All I know is her visit in December has alot to do with wedding dresses and other girly stuff, I will likely be left at home for this adventure :ohm:. Can't WAIT for it to all come together. My life has been so FULL of blessings, my cup will neither be half empty or half full, it will be full to the brim.

... Because when I get home from work tomorrow, a special 6year old who i haven't seen since Wednesday will scream and run and jump into my arms and tell me "I missed you, Abuela!!"

I know it's repetitive, but...

... because (even though I saw her before school this morning) as all of the other kids were getting off the bus and walking calmly (blandly) towards their cars/parents, one special 6yo's face lit up like the sun when she saw me waiting there for her instead of her mom, then she jumped off the bus steps, [rudely] pushed past another kid, and ran and jumped into my arms and buried her face into my neck, saying "Abuela! You're NEVER here to pick me up! This is the best part of my day! I love you so much!"

Even with all the dark and ugly parts of this divorce, her love sustains me, and having her in my life is the priceless golden lining that came out of the dark cloud of that huge mistake of a relationship.

We can agree to trust and explore. Knowing we are safe to try new ways of being together. That I can trust hym enough to not know what will happen. And I am respected enough to heard when I'm ready to share.
