At the same time, I'm watching a Season 1 episode of X-Files while dreaming of what I might be able to buy from Apple with my tax return -- laptop, Mac Mini and iPad 2 all on the list -- and bouncing off the walls thanks to said return. :cheesy: (H&R Block rawks for this stuff).

is stunned that she has to get gastric by pass surgery! Its the only option to correct the hiatal hernia problem. The stumach was stretched so much that the first surgery has shown it cant be corrected by traditional surgery..so they have to do a by pass...literally banding it off so it wont go back up into my chest wall. I have prayed to get thin in a healthy way all my life...god...be careful what and how you pray for things....I am finally going to be a size 8...but at what cost....
