I came in just to see if Kobi had posted "more effing snow!" Lol

Meanwhile, here in Asheville, we got 2" of icy snow mix. Its just bad enough for me to have a "snow" day from work. More so because of the icy, winding roads.

Higher elevations supposedly got 6". It won't keep. It never does.

My inner New Englander misses the snow....just not in the amounts y'all are getting it in. Bless your hearts...

PS my lil mama is thinking on wintering down here from now on. This from the woman who called me a wussy quiter when I left Massachusetts after LAST winter.....ha!

In case you were wondering....yes, it is snowing again. Temps are picking up tho .....it is a balmy 15 degrees. Kind of sad when 15 feels warm.

No, just that our winters will continue to torture us in this same snow brain causing way for the next few years. Per my customer, that is. I vote that we trade weather with Key West.

I'm actually kind of missing hurricanes.

It is not snowing.

The wind is not blowing.

There is some bluish sky in the distance.

Some bright yellow thing in the sky pokes thru now and then.

There are signs of melting.

Monster wind off Lake Michigan combined with single digits = 20+ below at night. A lot of that pretty white bitch snow, and ice dildoes.

16* feels like 3* dewpoint 8* humidity 68% and snowing.

Thank you for the reminder.

Im trying to see the lulls between storms as Mother Nature reminding me what normal life should look like. It was was wonderful to see the sun, bask in the 33 degree temps, and dislodge some ice hunks.

Of course, the forecast has now changed from this morning. The no snow today has changed to 2-4 inches of snow showers tonight. When did "snow showers" come to mean accumulating snow?

Snow showers now and about an inch is expected. The forecast has changed for us....again....and now we're looking at less snow. I won't believe it until I don't see it.

Well, last nights snow showers only resulted in a dusting - yay!

The sky is relatively blue, the sun is shining, and it is snowing. I will patiently await Corkey's take on that one.

Temps dropping, winds picking up. Back into the deep freeze we go.

It is 0* feels like -19* sunny and no snow, the actual low temp will be -13* not the feel like that will be lower. The lake is totally frozen over, which has happened 3 times in modern history. 30% chance of snow today but sat and sun in the 30's with, you guessed it ...snow.

We have had some light snow some blue sky for a little bit and it is cold but at least is not in the negative .. yet.. this is Upstate NY where if you don't like the weather.. just wait 10 minuets it will change :|
