I'm letting the grill heat up and looking at houses for sale in the PNW. How can some of these houses be the price they are when there are ZERO upgrades to reflect that these homes for sales were even remotely cared for? We have seen a bunch of nice homes but what happened to people caring about where they live?

Amazing isn't it! Some of these 'homes' and I use the word loosely in Seattle are selling above asking prices :seeingstars:

For me, I want to at least get the feeling people gave a rats butt about the house they called a home for "X" number of years. It will all be good I'm certain. I do expect that we will have to put a bit of work into whatever house we decide to go with. I guess that is the beauty of home ownership. The search still continues...
