If you really knew me, you'd know...
...that I cry easily...and more often over sentiment than pain ...that I am inordinately fond of giraffes ...that Rocky Road is my favorite ice cream flavor ...that I never eat shellfish of any kind...and for a very silly reason ...that no one has ever been able to touch my eyes or eyelids without freaking me out...except Scoote...which took me completely by surprise ...that I have zero interest in most sports....except some pretty fringe ones...like dressage and 3 day eventing ...that my three favorite "dates" are walking on the beach, going out for breakfast, and movies (out or at home) ...that I love to bake from scratch...and can make you anything from a lemon meringue pie, to a pavlova, or a batch of brownies...and mostly without a recipe since they're almost all in my head :) |

I have a very very low tolerance for pain I cry at sentimental movies, or events I absolutely love to kiss.. And Kiss slowly, and gently Im starting to cook alot at home now, and am enjoying it I feel lonely alot of the time even with friends surrounding me |
If you really knew me you would know ive had a really tough childhood that no kid should ever go thru.
If you really knew me you would see im a very caring and honest person that tends to try to bare the world on her shoulders. If you really knew me you would see that ive over came so much in my short life and i try everyday to better myself. If you really knew me you would see i try to hide behind my work. If you really knew me you would see that im afraid of rejection and the unknown. |
You'd know...
I'm easily moved to tears by the goodness of people. I'm also easily dismayed by how terrible they can be. I feel best when I'm curled up with my sweetheart, surrounded by our animals, knowing that my daughters are safe and happy. I really am easy-going and flexible. I easily handle changes, and love spontaneity. I am always torn between personal/professional development and living a life of leisure. Fortunately, I don't have a choice right now. :) |

you would know I have a extra-ordinary tolerance of pain. What I handle on a daily basis would probably knock most people to their knees. I love the story Black Beauty, not because its about horses,but because it teaches children the responsibility humans have to domestic animals, and what happens when we fail them. I met someone once, a young butch, who towed along her pedophile that paid forr things she wanted. She had kept him around for years, even into her early adulthood. He wore a herringbone suit with a bowtie. He bought her a small dog when I knew them. I was so creeped by this. She was 20 by then so no laws were being broken. She dated, but was open about him too. I depend on no one I believe in the old fashioned way of doing things myself. And if I cant then it just doesnt get done My friends will tell you Im a hermit. LOL I could stay alone and by myself for days weeks, months on end.. I love staying at home with my computer, tv and my son Simon It scares me to be around people I dont know |

*You would never question my gender or sexuality after knowing what I endured at Johns Hopkins & other such places for hrt; *You would enjoy my grilling; *You would know that I love going to football games. I used to go to the Phili Eagles games and had a club box for the last 10 years; *You would know that I am an advocate of GLBT rights; *You would never question me about having to go out to a club or being in crowds; *You would know I love parades; fire works and the like but hate the noise; *You would know I love to eat seafood and Italian foods; *You would know I am a cigar and pipe lover; *You would know that I enjoy playing golf. |

If you really knew me, you would know:
I shave my head when I need a fresh start on anything hugely significant in my life. Yes, SHAVE. Or I might be talked into a 1" crew cut. But its symbolic of a new start so less is more. I love canaries and really want one again... I love American Idol because I love watching dreams have chances to come thru...as well as the oddball auditions that make me laugh. Feeds the sincere and jack ass sides of me. I tend to isolate. I dont like being around people. The world outside my home feels strangely unfamiliar at times. Home Sweet Home, you might say... I havent held a baby in my arms in over 8 years. Intentionally. |

My sleep disorder is raging and it is now considered disabling. you would know I am fascinated by museums and love to know the stories behing art work and artists you would know that hobo art and culture is new to me but is something I am learning about you would love to see my collection of palomino pony knick knacks.
