FINALLY got rid of that damn iPhone.....was an older one, the SE and so small a screen...
Anyway, I bought a new Metro PCS plan & a new phone..I can SEE this screen...lol |
This thread does not seem to get much action these days, probably because we're all at home and not shopping.
I got a new mouse! My old one died a few weeks ago, and it has been driving me crazy using the touchpad on my laptop. Of course, I ordered it from Amazon - I did not go away from the house. |
indoor/outdoor potting soil mix
frozen pizza half-n-half gallon of milk dish gloves mayonnaise teriyaki with pineapple marinade paper plates shaving cream foot cream fabric softener sheets 225 sq. ft. of aluminum Foil For the first time since this whole thing started I managed to get everything on my list. Everything! |
I bought....
Potting soil, seeds, fertilizer and a watering can.
|
games for the PS4....a shelving unit... ink (that is always expensive...sigh)
and then some of my other purchases came today like.. a stand up desk.. which i just put together.. i can tell already I am going to love this one.... The ps came today (not a big gamer person but still like a variety of entertainment) the roomie will likely get more use out of it then me.:eatinghersheybar: |
Georgia Ma'am
We all know cause of death of your old mouse.
Too much cheese and applesauce just before you came across it in the dark storage room with your broom in hand ... LOL! Just try and say it ain't so! :) |
my shopping trip in pictures, lol
I went to a local business that sells natural products for health and beauty and organic produce and non-dairy/vegan food products.
It was a BIG investment, but I bought a bunch of things to help heal up my skin and keep my face and arms and legs looking real good. I even found handsanitizer and Bio-Active Silver Hydrosol (10 ppm) and organic borage oil for deep moisturizing my hair and well, just about any part of your body that needs extra special care (the skin around your eyes). I even got a few little glass jars (2 ounce size) for making two sets of healing potions by utilizing fractionated liquid Coconut oil as the carrier agent oil: one little jar with a Silver Hydrosol mixture and the other little jar will have a tea tree oil mixture. The health and beauty aids consultant gave me a couple of handouts on how to do exactly that. So, for better or worse and a biggo investment in my own health and beauty, I think I made a real good decision today by buying all the products I bought (rose water, hand-made bars of soap (Zumba brand), and more yummy goodies). http://lilyofthedesert.com/wp-conten...up-246x320.jpg https://i5.walmartimages.com/asr/112...0&odnBg=FFFFFF https://www.natural.sg/wp-content/up...oconut-oil.jpg https://media.swansonvitamins.com/im...ter/SSL010.png https://images-na.ssl-images-amazon....1Vd-HYD50L.jpg https://images-na.ssl-images-amazon....Y300_QL70_.jpg And now.... :jester: ... for the best part: I found Daiya Key Lime Cheesecake in the vegan section. OMG, so delish. https://images.chickadvisor.com/item...ecake.jpg?ic=1 Oh, and I did find a great magazine at the check out. Naturally, it was sort of expensive, but it's got some fabulous recipes and ideas and such about taking the best care of you. It's Dr. Mercola's Guide to Optimal Health & Nutrition (back by popular demand) - Spring 2020 edition. No picture available but OMG, the salad featured on the cover of the magazine makes you soooooo hungry. For clean good food, naturally. |
While not the exact setup I'm getting it is very similar in style and scope. I spent the couple of months before the lock down having a garage of just studs wired, sheet rocked, painted, etc to prep for the final kit out. Having the floor ground down and epoxied too. Longer process than I had hoped for but it should all be done in a couple of weeks. :cheesy:
Now I just need a convertible to go in it. https://external-content.duckduckgo....6pid%3DApi&f=1 |
I finally bought a new hydration backpack. I had an off-brand one before and the thing leaked and emptied out on the trail. Fortunately I was with someone, so I could have shared water if need be, but I don't want a repeat of that experience!
So I went with Camelbak (the original brand for hydration packs), but after the fact someone told me Dakine is better... smh. If anyone has experience with either, let me know! I'm not trying to die out in the wilderness lol. |

mossberg .410 shockwave .... actually it was yesterday when I made the purchase
it already shows as paid in my visa account ... now the store is having to have a meeting next week to decide if they will ship it out of state ... this is B.S. ... all they need is the info of my local FFL dealer and they can legally ship it there .... when it arrives, my FFL guy does my background check, I pay him the FFL dealer $25.00 charge and it mine .... hope not but have an uneasy feeling this is going to turn out to be a shit-mess ... I have made firearm purchases from this particular business before and my reputation score of them is "the right hand and left hand are clue-free about what the other one is doing" ... hope I am wrong because there are not many of these to be found these days and they are heavily sought after ... thank you covid-19 ... in the past 6 weeks, I have already had 2 of these sold right out from under me because the store associate was slow processing the paperwork and did not put it on hold either time while they scratched their butts and pittled ... I am already prepared to become an asshole if necessary ... the previous 2 times I was upset but very polite ... 3rd time I'll really be the charmer LOL! |
Great, just what we need.....another "asshole" as you identified yourself........with a gun.
|
Not trying to make an enemy but am truly curious: how many guns do people need?
|
back to nhplowboi
Hi nhplowboi, how's your plow mule doing these days? I heard she had a sore butt from too much .... errr ... affection from you in the barn as of lately. Now that is only what I heard.
Though I have no experience with anything at all along these lines, I would imagine she would appreciate you romancing her tenderly and with kindness. Same goes for those poor little chickens of yours too. Have a pleasant evening. :) *smiles and waves good-bye to you* |
back to Collette
Hey Collette, I, for one, am not offended at all by your curiousity question.
My general answer is: "As many as they want." For me, the shooting sport is lots of fun. I enjoy experiencing different ones. I have 3 now ... that is if the shockwave shipping is approved. I have a very small caliber pistol (.380 acp) for truck. It is not uncommon to see timber rattleanakes on the back road to my house in the deep woods. If my truck breaks down at night, I would not even consider walking a couple miles home without it. I keep this .357 in bedroom for home protection. The shockwave, because it is light and easy to manuever, will be my snake-gun for just outside around the house ... will keep it loaded with small varmit pellet shells. Hope that answered your question. :) |

STOP.
STOP THIS SHIT RIGHT NOW. Both of you need to stop addressing each other and IMMEDIATELY put each other on ignore. The next person to make a swipe is getting timed out for a month. PLEASE just ignore each other. |
P.S. ROCKON.
That post and insinuation was COMPLETELY out of line and absolutely not ok in any context. Reading back on that just turned my stomach to think you wrote something like that which will now appear on public searches linked to this site. That’s a big HELLLLLL NO for me. |
back to admin
I sincerely apologize to you for having turned your stomach.
that's all I have ... |
I just received my copy of Mary Trump's book .
I don't care if it's well-written; I don't care if it's interesting; I don't care if true. I just want her to have the money for having the courage to go after that creep and pissing him and the rest of the Drumpf family opff. |
I bought myself a weighted unicorn. I had gotten one for one of my nephews last week and haven't been able to stop thinking about it so I got one for myself and now we have matchy match ones. We also have matching stuffed raccoon puppets from Christmas gifts years ago.
|
It shipped ... will arrive early next week! So HAPPY!!!!! LOL!

Weber kettle charcoal grill medium size. :bbq:

back to Kelt
You will really enjoy that grill. Weber grills are excellent and very durable. I think they are the best.
Enjoy your cookouts on your new Weber! :) |
