I bought two books on amazon.......
One was a compilation of the transcendentalist writers of New England. I figure as a born and bred New Englander I should know more about them.... and..... The other was writings of Ralph Waldo Emmerson....because he inspired the movement....and many fellow writers..... Im preparing some good reading material for the upcoming (cant get here soon enough) hiking season.... :) |

today I bought....
a decorative metal basket for the bathroom...prolly to hold nail polish...its small.... 2 strange hangers....like for pants...they are wood and clippy...I thought it would be nice to hang the bathroom towel from one on a hook so the towel stops falling on the floor........ a pretty small white vase with blue flowers.... two reddish handkerchief print pillowcases....to make curtains...or something...I just loved the print :) a journal for hiking 2 belts...those boho macrame kind..... Im sure theres other stuff....but I cant think of it atm....lol |

Since today is my lazy day, I have not been out of the house yet, So not a single thing. Yesterday I bought a new tablet, a new case for it, groceries, and lunch out at Panera. What a delicious 1/2 classic salad with chicken. Almost makes me want another.

Took my Pappy to the grocery store and got the weekly groceries for him and my Pops. Picked up some Starbucks for us and an Avalon Organics night cream for me.
Also got a delightful EOS lip balm and focaccia bread for later tonight. About to buy a movie ticket and some popcorn for my movie date with my friend, Jennifer aka "The Princess"! A delightfully slow Saturday after weeks of chaos! |
