French fries and they were good. Exactly what the doctor (should have) ordered.

chicken breast sandwich with lettuce, tomato, mayo salt and pepper on a kaiser. Never had before, was totally delicious. Coffee.

Couple few handfuls of popcorn.

Same chicken type sandwich as yesterday. Too tasty to make only once. Ice tea.

I had a dental appointment today and the student who finished the last bit of work was so good I was able to go straight after to lunch with my daughter in-law and grandson. We had BLT with avocado sandwhichs on some type of Subway sandwhich like roll only bigger and better, multi-grain with all sorts of things on top, poppyseed, seasonings I'm not sure what else. To go with a cup of their homemade potato soup with bacon bits. Coffee with cream. Though all the offerings looked great no dessert, it was a huge lunch.

Made myself a super rare roast beef sandwich you can only buy at one store here. Slices of this fabulous meat is almost as good as a steak. Ice tea.

Will have a roasted sweet potato with butter.

Yesterday was an onion and mushroom omelette with a little Parmesan on top. So good.

Today I had a crispy chicken salad and a coke.
