Good Evening everyone,
I hope everyone had a peaceful day. I had My ultrasound today.. and am hoping for the results tomorrow. (this is the follow up to the mammo). I spoke with My doctor and she said if I did not hear from the ultrasound place tomorrow or her office.. to call her directly and she would call and get the results or find out the status of where they were at. She is a wonderful doctor.. and given the mammo results fell threw the cracks..she is 100% on this follow up thing. So, we shall see. I had great plans of cleaning out My spare closet and getting that organized.. however, that did not happen. By the time I got home from the appointment and other errands.. I was in no frame of mind to organize.. which is unheard of for Me.. laughs. So, tomorrow it will happen. Ok, I am off to make some dinner.. it is going to be soft tacos this eve. Then later.. some french pressed goodness and Top Chef. I hope everyone has a peaceful ending to their day as well. It would have been good morning, but I spent my morning fighting with insurance issues. Thank goodness that all has been resolved and I can now regain my holiday cheer. Have fun with Santa Zimmy...and remind him that I actually have been a good girl (despite appearances at certain moments). :giggle: I found another gift for Scoote today :cheer: She has been tormenting me with "one more thing for you" talk...and I actually had very little for her...so I feel better now. :) I am also orchestrating one silly family gift...and hope it turns out alright. Cross your fingers for me! Hope you're all enjoying your Christmas Eve eve eve! |

ust got in from canada a bit ago... EXTREMLY stresssful day too.. had a lite dinner, then haha maple walnut ice cream with some spiced rum drizzled on it...... and wow.. im about ready to go watch some mindless tv..... lol .. hope you day was better then mine..... *sigh*

The coffee is on, the table is set and breakfast is ready... http://momwhats4dinner.com/wp-conten...fast-table.jpg That's the real answer to Jake's question...what I'd love to give you all for Christmas is a nice holiday get-together when I can over-feed everyone! :giggle: It feels funny for Christmas Eve...warm and sunny outside (well, cold to Floridians, warm to me still :) ), and I still need to clean house and wrap gifts. We haven't put anything under the tree yet because the kittens are on a perpetual search and destroy mission for anything that moves, sparkles....or even just sits there. Sorry that poor Elijah had to wait so long and then be scared by Santa. Rooster used to get scared when he was small too....then loved it once he got the idea that Santa brought the presents on Christmas morning. He used to have some very earnest conversations with the mall Santa, that always made me smile. morningstar...sorry you had such a stressful day yesterday. Hopefully you can relax and put your feet up today. :rrose: Hope you all have a wonderful holiday...and I'm off to start wrapping some of the pile of stuff in my closet. :) |
