I've posted these films before so this is the last time
they will be posted in their continuum. The collaboration
with artists of different disciplines has always been exciting
to me, so these films where Yo Yo Ma collaborates with other
artists are quite a marvel. And the Bach Cello Suites...well, I
cannot say enough of how his music has gifted me with peace
for many years now, and I'm grateful.

It is my hope that you have enjoyed these films, Yo Yo Ma's
collaboration with the other artists, and of course, Bach's six
Suites for Unaccompanied Cello.

"Ama is a silent film. It tells a story everyone can interpret in their own way, based on their own experience. There is no imposition, only suggestions.
I wanted to share my biggest pain in this life with this film. For this is not too crude, I covered it with grace. To make it not too heavy, I plunged it into the water.

XR remastered from the Savoy release, including DJ/announcer "Symphony Sid" Torin, by Andrew Rose at Pristine Audio.

This is the only Christmas tune I've managed to find from Parker and it was in pretty grim sound quality. I've managed to make major improvements here and look forward to producing more Charlie Parker to add to our existing releases in the months to come.
