damn, it's been so long since i've been out anywhere that i'm not sure i would be much help. i do know of a few places though that have been around for years and years. i just don't know about the newer ones.

Clearly this is an opportunity to go adventuring! :)

It actually goes way back. Donut shops were the only thing open 24 hrs. The owners would provide free coffee and donuts to officers to get them to come in late at night, therefore providing free security to the store. Now lots of businesses do the same. Cheaper to hand out free drinks and snacks than hire a security company. I always made sure I extended a thank you , it really is appreciated.

They love donuts because they are a comfort food? Why do people like popped cherry slurpees?

I used to live in a small town, and I swear one night around 3am all the Cops were at Tim Hortons. (Canada's favorite donut shop)

The one thing I miss about living there was the prevalence of Timmy's. SOOOO much better than the american chains. :(

Pretty much "Dunkin Donuts" of Canada. But with I would think way more stuff and everybody likes it!!!!

This conversation is not helping me in my training! I want donuts! :(

26.2 miles? or something close to that. My goal is to be able to jog 20 miles of it, and finish it within 8 hours. But we shall see.

good morning everyone. i made it through my 11 day work stint. it will be so nice not having to set my alarm for tonight. i only get this one night before i head back for a 6 day work week so i'm going to do absolutely NOTHING. relax, relax, relax. hope you all have a fantastic weekend.

I actually have a Friday off..... but I have to work Sunday instead. Was up early this morning, after a late night,had to catch up on a few things for work. Just got up from a 2 hr nap (stretching). Nothing at all planned here except for the session with my boxing trainer this evening.

no pool. but that's ok. i'm just fine with the AC and my comfy bed.

well honey, i DO sleep during the day so that's a given. and you could possibly be right about sleeping through the night. i hope i don't though. then i wouldn't be able to sleep tomorrow before my shift.
