If your area is flooding the streets with rain, please DON"T DRIVE in the flooded streets, it can cause your vehicle to stall out and you can also get water inside the engine and ruin it, and ruin the electrical system. Avoid driving in high water areas please.

91°F with 56% humidity and only 20% precipitation. (yay!) Seems the front that was stalled over us for 2 weeks has left. The sun is out again and the water is receding. :)

To hot to do anything but stay inside, today it was 101*. The weather report says the temps should go down a bit and be less hot...like in the high 90's...go figure.

while at work tonight, I heard some beautiful thunder and saw some glorious lighting. It looked frightful with the dark heavy clouds. It hardly rained but the winds were a blowing. I received pictures from home of golf size hail. Dang it, I've yet to be anywhere where the hail is!
The big yellow orange glow of the sunset danced beautifully thru the clouds. Best sunset tonight:) |
