My co-worker at my Sunday client (who is perpetually late to relieve me!) is scared to be alone in the client's house (it's in the boonies..big time) and she told me that the African Grey Parrot scared the bejesus out of her one night by saying HELLO! my sleeping hours are so ass backwards . im waking around 5 pm and going to sleep around 6 to 7 am. this caused me to miss a doctors appointment . this could cause me to not get my medication that I must have. so I am staying up today and gonna try and break this dreadful sleeping pattern I have. I sure hope something can be worked out or I will have affected my health in such a negative way . please God help me to get a better sleeping pattern.

I have a confession to make, I am drinking a Diet Coke right now. I promised myself that I wouldn't drink anything with artificial sweeteners in it (other than Stevia), but I'm doing it right now anyway (after about 5 weeks without).

i did NOT read all the way down to the end of my PM. for that i apologize. my baby starts 4th grade tomorrow, where does the time go? i am glad i am not the one taking her to skool tomorrow. <what a mess> however i do get to be in the mess after skool :| i want to make spaghetti squash but i have never done so i am looking forward to hanging out in the big city :) |
