Good MOrning folks and kitcheneers!! Still waiting on car to see what is wrong with it, the dealer takes forever to look at the car and get back to me on it. I bet they are debating whether to fix it under warranty so I don't have to pay for it ha ha..it better be fixed under warranty the damn car is only 3 years old...anyway its a boring day to say the least maybe I will sew to occupy my time, that is always something that I like to do. Would really like to crochet but no hooks I think they are in the car which is at the dealer..ugh what a day..have a good one..

Now on top of everything my eye is swollen and red and the car place never called I guess they are fixing it because they didn't say no and that would be the first thing they would have told me..tomorrow we are expecting some snow More snow UGH on that..its too cold and too snowy here for me..I hope everyone has had a good day so far better than mine..ok back to the grind and an early night for me tonight..:|

Woohoo that Scoote has the weekends off! It was delicious' I added dried onion, thyme, crushed red pepper and parsley in the hamburger while I was cooking it. I'm thinking of making chili for dinner tomorrow night!

:bringcoffee: I'll just freshen up the coffee... Soooo glad it's Friday! It's been a very busy week at work for both Scoote and I...and I'm working out a relaxing weekend for us. Thinking we may crash one of the Disney resort hotels (they won't kick us out anyway since we have annual passes)....just enjoy the pool, hot tub and water slides...nap on a chaise lounge in the sun...have a strawberry daiquiri....ahhhhhhhh.... :) Hope you all have a wonderful Friday! Anyone have plans for the weekend? And where is that Jake?! |

WEll good afternoon everyone still waiting on the car I spoke to someone today and they may get to look at it today what a sham!! They have horrible customer service let me tell you!! I am mad and need my car by next week!! ugh on the car and the snow but we didn't get too much I don't think so at least it doesn't look like it I was only out there this morning...going to relax now..

I made up egg noodles with diced chicken breast, corn, peas and green beans....mostly to use up leftovers since I didn't get to the grocery store today. That's definitely on the agenda for tomorrow because the cupboard is getting a little bare. I have a small batch of brownies in the oven. (2" square is 5 points....so I won't be going too crazy)...and am looking forward to a cup of tea and a (small) brownie. Scoote is still working, but has the whole weekend off....woot! :cheer: |
Brownies sound delicious! I am making myself a cup of hot cocoa to help me wind down. I ended up having a big plate of spaghetti and then went powerwalking.

:bringcoffee: Coffee is on...and I'll add some nice toasted homemade bread to Zimmy's breakfast :eating: I hope you have a great day at the party Zimmy. :) Looks like our plans for the day have changed...the Prince is going to get together with a friend, Rooster has a bunch of homework, and both Prince and Scoote are still asleep for now. Maybe another weekend soon. Sooooo....today will probably be a trip to the grocery store, the hardware store...and Rooster wants to go spend a christmas gift card at the Game Stop. Maybe some housework, since it hasn't had as much as normal due to the holidays.....and maybe we'll get to the beach or something as well. We'll see! Hope you all have a great day! :) |
