Actually I could give a rats ass abut college football...just had to throw that in because I know how all you Texans and Okies live football and I wanted to just bust your balls..lol Plus I live in OU country and well frankly if I dont see another OU object in my life I would be happy ;)

Same here Inuus but I love to get either side stirred up because they take it so seriously. It's fun to get them wound up.

I knew I'd been watching too much football when I had this conversation with the cat who just sank his claws into my chest:

"Max, you're going to be ejected from the game for unnecessary roughness!"

Inuus 10-09-2011 02:25 PM

Well some good first games... Eli blew that game for the Giants....still laughing how Eli a few weeks back said he was in the same class as Brady...Ha! He isnt even in the same school

Glad the Eagles lost too *smirk*

Ditto. I am So Glad I subscribed to NFL RedZone this season.

WolfyOne 10-09-2011 02:37 PM

I actually enjoyed watching the Vikings and Cardinals play today...McNabb and Peterson looked good out there.
It was about time they won a game :|

As for my beloved Bears, I get to watch them on TV tomorrow instead of streaming the game thru my computer....yay!!!
Oh and since Detroit actually has a team and came to actually play this year, it ought to be a great game.
I think Urlacher gets better with age. I still don't like Cutler though and maybe I never will.

Inuus 10-09-2011 02:41 PM

That was a good Oakland Houston game...Houston being my second favorite team to The Pats. Hate to see them lose but was glad for the Raiders...an emotional game...did you see the coach at the end? He was in tears

Tommi 10-09-2011 02:58 PM

Al Davis would have been dancing in the box

It was an emotional ending for the Raider Nation, and that coach and team.

Glad the Pats won:hangloose: Tebow made that SD Denver game interesting right to the end.

J. Mason 10-09-2011 08:02 PM

Thanks guys, I had a great time even though we lost.

Cant wait to see the Detroit-Chicago game tomorrow night!

ruffryder 10-09-2011 09:54 PM

RIP Al Davis. I'm glad the Raiders won that game.

I loved watching Tebow!!! Oh yeahh! Hope the Broncos management is smart enough to start him here on out.

Ohhh Yeahhhh!!! I look forward to watching him as the starting QB with the Broncos. His first start will be in the area of his alma mater - the Gators! I am considering attending this epic event. What's keeping me from just getting the damn tickets is I will have traveled 2000 miles in 2 weeks and it will be another 600 miles round trip to the game and I'll have to stay in a hotel one or two nights since I'm already burnt out traveling so much.. hmmm. what to do! Either way I'll be watching somewhere and ..

It's TEBOW TIMEEE!

Hollylane 10-16-2011 10:29 AM

I am 35 minutes from being able to watch the 49ers for the first time this season! YAY!

I am sad that again, I cannot watch my Steelers play...But I hope they give me a reason to kiss my work beta fish (Hines Ward) on Monday!

Inuus 10-16-2011 10:44 AM

Wow two weeks in a row I will be able to watch my Patriots. Whoot whoot!

Need to work overnight though so will nap while the first games are on if I can.

Hollylane 10-16-2011 11:41 AM

49ers coach challenging an unchallengeable review...Crap! I am not happy he did that!

Hearing Pitbull singing "You know you want me" in the background...A+

J. Mason 10-16-2011 11:45 AM

Oh My, BOOMER SOONER AND GO POKES!!!!

Texans dont play till later and Dallas plays later so I think I might nap for a bit!

Long day yesterday, everyone have a good football day!

bigbutchmistie 10-16-2011 12:19 PM

Damn I was rooting for the 'Skins today :( Eagles got a whoppin placed on them right now 20-0. I hope they get some point on the board soon. !

Also, the Giants and Bills game is a good one!

I also luv my 'Boys however Im pretty sure the Patriots are gonna put a spankin on them too LOL Romo isnt even a comparison to Brady. He's the shit.

Hollylane 10-16-2011 12:21 PM

Safety in the endzone....:) 2 points...YAY 49ers!

Hollylane 10-16-2011 02:44 PM

49ers 5-1 for the first time since 1988..YEAH!

Steelers take the win again!

It is a good day for the Football Monster in the PNW!

UofMfan 10-16-2011 04:11 PM

Cracked me up! :D

Inuus 10-16-2011 05:40 PM

That was one great comeback once again by Tom Brady the best 4th quarter qb in THE NFL now. The only others in the history of the NFL possibly better were Montana and Elway..great game.

J. Mason 10-16-2011 07:31 PM

I just found this on yahoo sports thought I would share. Do yall think he should be fined or just let it go?

Inuus 10-16-2011 07:40 PM

I was watching that game and saw when he did that. Personally I wasnt offended..I dont care what those asses do on the field...it just shows their true colors like TO, Randy Moss, Ocho..they are all just fools. I think the NFL should fine him yes they have to, but otherwise I dont care.

Speaking of fools and attention seekers... Brandon Marshall and his threatening to be ejected in the 2nd quarter of the monday night game...same crap just a fool.

I think he should be fined! It is an unprofessional gesture made by someone that's s supposed to have reached a level of maturity that knows better. I mean, NFL players are heroes for kids!

J. Mason 10-16-2011 07:50 PM

I find it funny that they do that sorta stuff, fines dont mean jack to them at all.

Starbuck 10-16-2011 08:05 PM

The Oklahoma Sooners remain unbeaten with this Saturdays win over Kansas.

The Oklahoma State Cowboys also remain unbeaten with their win over Texas.

Current BCS standings have OU ranked #3 and OSU ranked #4. It's good to be an Oklahoma team!

I'm a bills fan but they're not playing today, so I will definitely be watching the Vikings and Packers! It'll be an interesting game. I want the Vikings to take it.

Scuba 10-23-2011 10:01 AM

Yes it will be interesting....VERY interesting. I hope they win as well with Ponder at the QB position. That would put a nail in the coffin of whoever is behind this whole QB fiasco.

I was a lifelong Packers fan - then jumped ship with Favre when he came to MN - and we live in a hotbed of Cheeseheads and Vikes fans... now I'm torn between the two, lol - but I don't think the boys in purple have a chance against Rodgers and the Pack. Just sayin. Can't wait for the game though!

SelfMadeMan 10-23-2011 11:08 AM

And in Big 12 news - I was sad my 'Horns didn't play yesterday - I HATE bye week - but the way last season went, and the last couple of games for us so far this season, I'm just thankful it's a week we didn't lose, lol.

luv2luvgirls 10-23-2011 11:23 AM
