The little things
I'm thinking about the glimmer of happiness on the horizon.
How much I miss my kids (and those grandkids too!!!!). How talking to them makes me light up like a Christmas tree in full regalia. I'm thinking about how some people can be so very self indulgent that they not once take into consideration the feelings and lives of others. I'm thinking I'm definitely a bundle of mixed emotions, some very positive..and some so very not. |

a long, overdue, much needed VACATION! HOPEFULLY, in 2 weeks, we'll be on our way to Pensacola Florida for some fun in the sun! **crossing fingers and makin' a wish that we can swing this last minute trip** |

Trying to figure out what's going on over at the Clerk of Court's office these days...pleadings taken over to be filed are being filed but we're not getting all of them back (sometimes all copies are being dropped in Court files); Orders are being entered but we are not always getting our copies; Calendar Notices are disappearing - i've got to rush one over to the Courthouse first thing this morning because the one we filed on Wednesday (with new hearing date) disappeared without a trace and the case is still on the calendar this morning. If i don't get it over there by 8:45 our client's case will be dismissed...grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!

my dog "karma" is in the hospital with a broken toe..there gong to do surg today an call me at 4.. he was in so much pain this morning but still made sure he followed me outside.. i need to figure a way to put a step he can use to get in and out of the truck. hes getting older and doesnt jump as well as he used to.

My big baby PeachesBoi went in for his annual physical. Doc told me his kidney function is getting worse, and he has high blood pressure and is now on meds.
My orange tabby feral pound kitty turned approximately 18 this May. :praying: He is all cuddled up against my leg on the couch getting his tummy rubbed. He still wakes me with his hungry YEOOWWW yeow before 5 AM>>>My big ole baby boy still brings me his rubber bands to toss and fetch. |

picked my dog "Karma" up from the vet this morning. he has a soft cast half way up his leg but he is doing much better!! im thinking its cool they put a cameo cast on and not a pink one even if he is a lil white cream puff

besides all the dirty pornograffic thoughts that live there??? I have a to do list 8 miles long and I swear people keep adding to it, I knew it was bad when I woke this am and found things on my list NOT IN MY HANDWRITTING...are you seriouse...I don't have the motivation to do a damn thing besides sit here and swelter as we are under a heat advisory and feels like its 110 outside! i need a spa day... I want to throw something out there that hads been on my mind all day...a blog that I subscribe too had a thing "5 things a femme needs to know about a stud" and it was ok, I laughed a little cause well...I can...but I was asked to write a response " 5 things a stud or butch needs to know about a femme" i have alist a mile long, but I only wanna post the important stuff...can I get some input? |
Sometimes there are hidden advantages to sitting with a co-worker in their cubicle. I have an office, so at times I like to go sit in one to overhear interesting conversations.

Feels like someone punched me. In the last couple hours of sitting here, my eye has gotten all swollen and puffy. Now my vision is all blurry. I was hoping it was allergies but normally that affects both of them, not just one. wtf???

Anyone else ever have a sleep study before? I had one last night and it surprised me. I knew that I snored and I knew that sometimes I sleep in some strange positions... When the tech explained the procedure, he indicated that he would be montoring me for about 2 hours of sleep and then if it was necessary, (if I stopped breathing more than 5 times in an hour) he'd put a CPAP mask on me and try and get the right pressure for me. Evidently, after I reached REM sleep I averaged to stop breathing, on average - 17 times in 2 hours! No freakin' wonder I am always tired when I get up! I was just wondering if anyone else has had this experience? I am almost apprehensive about going to sleep tonight. |

Called it in Tuesday and they did nothing...yesterday when i stopped by the office they told me they never got the service call. Came home last night and nothing again...can't wait to hear what their excuse is today...Grrrrr! |
Looking forward to the light at the end of the tunnel with this "sickness". After (a little bit over) two weeks of feeling like total poop - I am hoping the prednisone burst and taper finally does the trick and gets rid of this congestion from hell.
I suppose when God was handing out sinuses, I inadvertently stepped into the "refurbished" line. :( |
After a brief break - restocking My jewelry supplies and getting back into creating again. I am pretty excited. There is something about making a creation that someone else will wear and it makes them smile every time they wear it. Also, going to revamp My shop on the Etsy site as well, and let them do some advertising for Me.
