<<<~~~ it's a beautiful, lazy afternoon and I'm buckled up for the long, winding drive along the coast.

I feel like doo-doo today. Running fever and achy as hell. EEK.

I'll be playing hermit in the house and nesting with my fuzzy doggeh, drinking lots of hot tea, and catching up on some reading. Might put on a pot of soup in case I feel like eating later tonight. Otherwise it's me, fuzzy blankets, and lots of Kleenex!

I feel like hell. Fibromyalgia sucks. Stupid flares. Ugh!

Sometimes the thoughts and or memories that randomly pop into my head astonish even me most days. Not that I had the thought or relived the memory but more like when and or why it occurred.

Status Update: Reviving this thread as i sloooooowly reconsider the ethics of continuing to provide free content to social networking platforms which gleefully sold our eyes and information to literal Nazis, while silencing victims of harassment and assault...

EEK. I'm sick with fever and crud (but not too sick to be online!) so my agenda today is getting some food down, updating a couple of projects, and fighting the urge to wear myself out cleaning.

Status Update: super-thrilled to be reunited with my soft brown leather jacket, which I had forgotten had been repaired late in the season last year.

Mega-thrilled to have almost-firm plans for the Renaissance festival, which I always try to attend but never find the time

Finished off our first annual pound of pumpkin spice coffee today and first annual bag of candy corn

Just need to order costumes and I'll be officially autumning my ass off

Still haven't tweeted! But I wanted to really bad- there was a perfect opportunity to jump in and combine two day-old memes and get...what? some favs?

Anyway all week there have been tweets that feature a short statement followed by a smartass answer that starts with "first of all"

Then there was the whole "me too" thing, so...

The tweet i did not send today went like this:

Status update: took 2 benadryl and 2 sudafed at 9:30 am and now i am sitting in my office feeling sooooo sleeeeeeepy

I need to give myself a day to actually yield to the respiratory infection that i have been fighting

I’m in a conference call and “the unicorn tree” is a term the vendor keeps using. Sounds AWESOME but is actually just some proprietary network architecture thing

Status Update: After 2 weeks of absolute hellish server and software issues at work, I was able to find a fix this morning that will get my team back on track and I am currently fighting the urge to strip off my clothes and go dance naked through the cube farm while singing "WHO RUN THE WORLD? GIRRRLLZZZZZZZZZZ!"
