Yummy! We went to the CheeseSteak Factory for dinner...just a little storefront place, but really yummy sandwiches, homemade curly fries...and they deliver! :cheesy: They will definitely be getting more of our business.

The Prince missed out since he was sleepy, but Rooster gave it two thumbs up (as he inhaled a double burger with sauteed onions and tomato).

I had the cheesesteak with sauteed mushroom and garlic butter...:eating: and I may have nibbled some of Scoote's fries after I ate all of mine.

It was a long, busy week and there's lots to do tomorrow...packing suitcases (me and Rooster, for different trips), making the boys' favorite cream of chicken soup with rice, baking a banana cake (I like to get them stocked up before I go), eye doctor appointments for all 4 of us, and a bowling fundraiser for Rooster's girlfriend's summer trip to Australia.

Now it's feet up and TV time with my sweetie...hope you all have a great evening. :)

soooooooo...we talked to Ms Bella earlier this evening--i definitely see the similarities in her and Zimmy,but it was very nice to at least chat with her---well i think her and Jo chatted more which surprised me a little,but i am beginning to realize i had Belle pictured all wrong---not bad in anyway just fyi :)

Things are good up here. I got some wonderful news yesterday.. that just renews My faith in humankind and the kindness they possess. Monday is a new beginning. smiles.

I hope that you are feeling atleast a bit better. When is the MRI scheduled for? I will keep you in My daily meditations that they figure out what needs to be done to help you with that pain.

The weather here is just something else. We have gone from the 70's back to cold.. and today we are having severe high wind gusts. Just crazy. I will be glad when Summer arrives.

Other than that.. Life is good.. and getting better every day.

Good morning my friends and happy Saturday! :)

Rooster and I just got back from an appointment with the eye doctor and, yep...as we suspected...both of us need new prescriptions. So, we picked out new glasses...his are sleek, gun-metal blue....and mine are swirly colors and cut-out designs at the temple. Scoote will just shake her head and laugh when she finally gets to see them, I'm sure. :cheesy: I like to mix it up...last year's glasses were frameless and crystals on the sidepieces, so this will be a big switch.

Scoote and the Prince go later today since they didn't have 4 appointment spots back to back available. I already chatted to the optician about Scoote and her naughty "I don't need glasses, I'm fine" nonsense....so they're ready for her and won't let her escape without getting what she needs. Did I mention that I'm bossy? :giggle:

Taking a break, having a sandwich...and then it's off to bowling at 2. Then it'll be all about getting organized and packed for AZ.

There is a Mobil gas station at the corner of Sand Lake Road and the Orange Blossom Trail. I will meet you there around 2:30? The 528 is SR528 / Beeline. It is a toll road that takes you over to Cocoa Beach.

Well I hope they get you in soon.. and get some pictures taken... and see what the best avenue is to give you some relief. Just try to be up and around (easier said than done).. as much as you can.. so your back does not stiffen up on you. I know getting up in the morning for Me was the worst. Because of either moving in My sleep or not moving at all.. getting out of bed was the most painful.

Yeah.. we do have funky ass weather. I also do not think we have a definitive change in Seasons. You can never say.. oh this is when Spring will start.. etc.. it all just kind of blends together. I am so over the cold.

Monday I start a new job and also move into a new set of digs.. I am pretty damn excited. I am going to stay in Finance right now.. but do the editing work on the side. I have been in contact with a couple of Publishing houses in NYC to see if I can do some part time or per diem work for them.. it would be good to have those extra bucks.. and help Me too build up My resume utilizing My english degree.

Life is good. smiles.
