It's a little late but I finely got my mobility scooter, it's like learning to drive all over gain with the rear wheel pivot system, [I] need to remember how to back up the trailer so maybe I can do better.

A trip to go get local peaches. They are devine! .... We ended up with a huge bag of peaches, watermellon, new potatoes, 3 pounds of greenbeans, yellow squash and baby cucumbers....
Then Mawmaw called to say she "sure would enjoy Kenna's homemade pulled pork BBQ for tomorrow"....which is a huge compliment...so we had to visit 2 grocery stores to get a Boston But and other things for a special dinner....

Right now, homemade peach cobbler is in the oven. Joy!!!

Planning upcoming travel.

Watching momma and daddy hummingbirds enjoy the new feeders I placed outside the kitchen...and tiny little, bright colored daddy perching on the chainlink fence a few inches away to "defend" his feeder. He's so itty bitty but so feisty. And I got him on film showing off. I love them!

One of my best friends telling me she's falling in love with someone who is treating her just right. So happy for her!

I saw my first godchild today, she is one month old and she is GORGEOUS. First time I have seen and held her, what a blessing.

My daughter sent an emailed ultrasound of my yet unborn grandchild. I stared at it, picking out the little feet, toes, hands, head, nose, forehead, everything... I was in a state of blissed out rapture...totally in love.

This Tweet from the First Lady to the President made me so happy:

"55 years young and that smile still gets me every single day. Happy birthday, Barack. I love you. -mo"

There is absolutely nothing like grandbabies......It's a whole new kind of love.

My finds and treats from the farmer's market...everything is so delicious and such a treat! I remember while growing up, we couldn't afford fresh produce or fruit unless we grew it ourselves....so I don't take it for granted now, and it's a big treat to get all my favorites.

Watching my 3 year old grandson opening his birthday presents as he kept telling everyone Happy Birthday! lol .. I adore you John Brayden... Happy Birthday from maw paw...lol

I finally hit level 21 on Pokemon Go! (Yes, I'm a dork.)

Well I thought it was going to bring me joy to mow my own yard this evening for the first time in almost 4 months. But apparently these Southern afternoon thunderstorms don't want me to have my joy for today

A job offer that will be an official job offer if I pass my background/drug/finger printing checks (which I will) . I'll be the new part time health educator for an inner city youth drop in center. I am thrilled.

I came home after a trip to New England and NYC. I spent my time with my lady visiting friends in Massachusetts. The trip to NYC was so special with dear friends and new friends. My heart is filled with so much joy today.

Being woken up this morning by junkmail being shoved through my letter box but remembering that in two weeks time I will be starting using testosterone gel and my physical transition will officially begin. Now I just have to sort out changing my name by deed poll so I can start the process of being able to change my gender too.

My 5 year old nephew, Jefferson, singing me happy birthday and making me sing too. I know I post about him a lot and he can be ornery as hell but I love him so much and he brings me much joy. ♥
