Not much here, either.

A lot of squealing, I got chased by a frog. Other than that not a lot really, it was very hot though.

Not one damn thing...:giggle:

Went to the walk in clinic my job sent me to early this morning, took paperwork to my job, went home and helped spouse with her shower, took her to pain doc appointment, took her for haircut, did a little grocery shopping, come home and cooked, dishes, now resting my leg. Oh and I fed my next door neighbor's cats. (She's on vacation till Thursday)

Not much thus far
 

Laundry, hung it out on the line, brought it in, hung more out, put roast in crock pot this morning, ran errands, poured spouse's meds, cleaned the floors, now just relaxing and waiting on my friend to come down. Oh and I bought a knee brace cuz my arthritis is acting up in my left knee.:jester:

dinner ready
play time with pup
answered biz emails
dee time is happening.

Chased down some details for my mother,
Had a little téte-â-téte with technology ppl @ my credit union,
Pampered myself (conditioned hair, facial, mani-, pedi-)
Grazed on fruit, granola, carrots, ham & smoked gouda on sour dough artisan bread,
Contemplating some tentative ideas I have for later this fall,
Keeping accurate records of my blood pressure and other things related to my health care.
eta: I took care of washing and drying my laundry and bed linens.... simple household chores.

I plan to just kick back and hang tight here, for a bit now.

Great day off!

Not too much since today I start my weekend double shifts job, so I'm trying to rest a bit. I did my usual morning chores and helped my butch shower. Now I'm relaxing with an iced vanilla coffee and watching tv. I go in at 3pm this afternoon and won't be home till tomorrow morning around 7:30 am. A few hours sleep and back at it again tomorrow. But then the best part!!!! Off Monday thru Friday!!!!!!! Woo Hoo!!:hangloose::hangloose::jester::jester::jester :

Today.....the weather was so unbelievably gorgeous :stillheart:

So...... I decided to go out and enjoy the loveliness of the afternoon..... I shopped for cards, post cards, and even stopped at my favorite neighborhood McMenamin bar & grill. I sat outside and dined on a lovely Caesar salad with house dressing and grilled chicken breast. *yuuummmm* I even had a glass of house made Lemonade. Very delicious.

I'm finally home now.... and ....just enjoying the late evening sun as it sinks into the west..... last night, we had such a gorgeous pink sunset!

Here's to pink sunsets, good food, shopping....and joy. :cheer:

My day began early with two doctor appointment's.....
The I bought some sugar free candy. Not sure if I will like the new candy, but I bought it because half of the proceeds go toward and fund diabetes research. It was a good buy too. The downside is that the store won't be carrying this candy anymore. The upside? I bought every package in stock. :blush:

It's 8.11am for me.... So far I have accomplished... Getting out of bed.... Grabbing a coffee.....Replying to a thread or 2.... That's progress :) lol
