Zipcar is awesome. It's perfect for urban folks that don't want the hassle or the cost of owning and parking a car.

My close friends live by Zipcar. They love it and it's fun being able to try out those different cars without the huge rental fees.

Love!

I am wondering if this zipcar concept is a good deal. You rent a brand new car an hour at a time for a set rate. Yearly membership dues seem reasonabe. Hourly rental is reasonable unless you want a Bentley. They pay for gas and insurance. You pay the first 500 on any accidents/damages.

I wonder if anyone has tried this.

Im trippin... i have moved twice and had my furniture in and out of storage ive given alot of it away and sold some of it. i have moved to my ex's home town she passed two years ago from cancer and i thought i had lost my ring. we had matching wedding bands when she passed i removed mine and thought i had put it in a safe place. then my house had been bugurlarized and ransacked..i thought the ring was gone.
i was moving my bedroom set out to the patio because it was to big for my new place so i sold it. to my suprise my ring fell out of one of the dressers.. wow!! she always wanted to move back here..yup happy! but trippin!

um which disrespectful act that killed so many Americans are you referring to....9/11 or the invention of the artery clogging but delightfully delicious big macs?

Music is what feelings sound like.

Laerkin 08-16-2010 02:41 PM

I'm irritated by incompetence. This is not to be confused with incontinence. However, that would also be irritating. Or perhaps that would be more embarrassing than irritating. And inconvenient...

Rambling.

A funny thing happened to me at the Chicken Pie Shop (yes, that is the name of the resturant, lol). I was finishing up lunch with my friend and was eating a piece of pineapple cream pie.. Sadly, the crust was REALLY hard.. I was going at it with my fork and I guess I pushed too hard and the plate flipped up, spun in the air twice and the pie hit me full in the chest and bounced off onto the table.. The plate spun onto the floor and slid ten feet to settle under a counter. It made a LOT of noise. My friend and I laughed our asses off as I cleaned myself up.

During all of this our waitress passed us twice and didn't stop.. There were other customers in the place and no one looked around. It was hilariously weird.. I have to say, a pie in the (almost) face in public.. and no one even looked twice. lol

I left a dollar tip, she had it coming to her! My friend had to get up and find more napkins to clean me up, lol

I love thier chicken pot pie, but thier service sucked ass and the crust on a cream pie really souldn't have been that hard.. lmao

Yeah the article said a lot of the kids said that they could.

 I did not realize that text messaging on cell phones had the cursive option!

When Tony, my 20 yr old, was in elementary school and first learning cursive letters, the teacher sent home an "instruction manual" to show us parents how even cursive has changed since we were in school. It was quite interesting.

And math...ugh! i could/can never figure out why 0+0+0 = 2,543,908!
