Happy Sunday Morning!
What was suppose to be a light winter mix yesterday turned into 3 inches of snow that is quickly melting away. Christmas was a blast with Reds 4 little great nieces. I will have to say that I have had my fill of "Frozen" and I am not having a hard time of Letting it go:-).
I hope everyone has a fun filled time with family and friends.

Good Morning!
It is freaking cold and windy with the sun shinning like it is summer :-). Tomorrow is the beginning of a new job for me. I am going to be doing the same thing but for a much better company and I will no longer be on commission only, I will have a base, weeks vacation, 401K and they pay all of my health, dental and eye insurance. Totally amazing to find this job and get it.
Here is to a fantastic 2015 for everyone. May all of you get what you need, go for what you want and have one hell of a good time just living.

Good morning!

I'm in super PMS mode, so I naturally decided to eat most of the food I bought at the gourmet market yesterday. Chocolate bread (CHOCOLATE BREAD!!! it's soooo good), mango mochi balls, cheesecake from Junior's in NY...it's amazing how much your body can put away when you're really determined.

I think I've eaten enough for the next few weeks.

I slept in til noon, holy bajeesus, and it was awesome!

got and entire 2 lb pack of my favorite bacon (thick cut, applewood smoked, no preservative) baking in the oven-- if you haven' tried it, you need to. it comes out perfect.

Going to add that to fluffy scrambled eggs, cheese and my yummy coffee.

Sundays are good :)

happy sunday! finally a relaxing sunday....this past week included my moms 70th b day party, my sons gfs b day, a week long visit from my sis (and 2 kids) from milwaukee, work every weekday except new years day, and a week long hospital stay for ted, and i tried to spend at least a couple of hours at the hospital every day he was there...so today i slept in...had coffee, eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, watched movies and dozed most of the morning...i am also trying to shake a head cold...back to work tomorrow! :)

Ok tomorrow when i get off work i,m going to grab a latte, to drink as i read the sunday paper.It is a home kinda day. Ill take my dad...drop him off at dennys for the old guys coffee/breakfast regulars.then start emails to the senators and House reps for seattle area to set up meetings with the firefighters feb 2-3,

And watch football!

I survived the first week of my new job. :-) I am so happy to be away from the drama And work with sane people. I love getting up early and enjoying having a job I want to go to. Having a great day off with Red and our little family.

I fix'd waffles with bacon and a pot of french market coffee...that is all.

It has been a great Sunday for me...up at 8am, coffee, an email chat with one friend, and later a short but nice phone chat with another friend. I took Sadie for her walk; it's such a beautiful sunny day here. Peeled and chopped all of the ingredients for mango salsa and basically just had a kicked back, relaxed day.

Lazy day book reading, tea making, fooling around in the kitchen, laundry and more book reading, oh and perhaps I will squeeze in some wine drinking and napping, hectic schedule

The sun is shinning and it is going to be in the 60's today. :-). Red is leaving for a workshop this afternoon so it will just be me and he pups this evening. I am getting ready to fix breakfast and get everything lined out for the week ahead. Here is to a great Sunday and an even better week ahead.
