I am pretty tired after my 13 hour day.
Why do coworkers insist that I get up at 4:30 am?

On the bright side it was a great day to be on the boat.

Wiped out without regrets. Last night Dead and Co keeping me up until 3am followed by work today. I can still do it! Maybe not as well as I could when I was 20 but... still... :)

I feel okay. Peeved at my gym for changing class schedules without notifying anyone. A little sore from the physical stuff I've done already today. Excited for a visitor!

Shockingly lucid...

I drove over 800 miles with only an hour and a half of sleep and a tiny nap when I got home...and yet im out and about having lunch with my daughter. Wondering if I'll hit that "wall" sooner than later....
