I'm so happy Green Bay got to win a Super Bowl without Favre. Good for them!!

Thinking about the silly, crazy tickling received last night courtesy of an excited and adorable black puppie...

I'm a very lucky Mom to have such a loving daughter...........she has the best hugs in the universe.

I know she's not perfect, but when I had the opportunity, I know I did a good job.

She's a KEEPER! :heartbeat:

Getting on the scale after eating healthier for a few weeks (a salad once to twice a day, LOTS of water, no soda, a rare fried food or sweet and in moderation) and finding I've lost 11 pounds :)

Pedometers came in the mail today - used points I gained at work for logging food and exercise (they have a program to help their employees with their health like offering the food journal, exercise log, health risk assessment, free coaching for quitting smoking AND they pay for you gum/patches) to buy them, so essentially my hard work for me two free pedometers :) One for the boi and I.

Happy girl!

I'm really happy about it too! And it makes me smile they won with the very next QB.

Favre IS good, he has a history with Green Bay, as does GB with him. At the end of his time here though, he seemed to forget that GB had a little bit of history before he got here and now, he knows The Pack will have history without him too.

That is exactly what I thought too Ryobi....and Rogers doesn't have to be in Favre's shadow, he's made a shadow of his own

Lil r and big R writing on my visitor's wall. Laughter heals (Me).
Kind and compassionate friends
flowers from many places coming to my door
making my niece laugh instead of cry
all this ... makes me count my blessings.

Getting a very nice e-mail this morning from my English professor informing me I was a bit too advanced for his class. Also, his idea to challenge and push me harder than the rest of the class when we discovered transferring into an upper level class wasn't an option for various reasons. I'm glad I get to keep him as an instructor :)

I got fed up today when my scale read 222 lb..No way I gained 10 lbs overnight! So I went out and bought a new scale - I weighed in at 205. WOOHOO! I was kinda concerned this whole time wondering how I was supposed to be 220-230 when I'm still wearing the same pant size I have been the last 6 months (and I know from prior experience that if I am up in that range I'm more like 18/20)

SO super happy that my new scale tells the truth :)

Coming home from work and seeing that my girl left me soft foods I could eat (mouth problems right now), a card, and a Reese's peaunut butter cup (that I WILL figure out a way to eat).

She be super awesome!
