I read back over my post and don't see any difference from other posts in this very thread. Quite frankly, I'm one of several individuals in the thread who identified grammatical errors as so called "pet peeves." I'm taken aback at the insinuation that my post is bullying or poking. As far as I know in my brief time as a member here, well-intentioned, innocuous kidding is an integral part of communication within any community. Quote:

remarks made about online relationships, groups, ect., ... not being reality. it is for me. it's not face to face. but it is reality. i'm the same person online as i am in person. i don't tell everything about myself. i believe in privacy. but this is reality. it is real.

I really dont like it when people move things and dont tell me, since my memory is very object orientated If its not where I remember it I may never find it

Dirty dishes stacked in the sink and leaving multiple cupboard doors open for hours until somebody else closes them. It irks me.

Some fonts are hard for me to read, and it really gets my annoyed. It helps to be able to enlarge the font on a computer screen, especially if there are no paragraph breaks and it's one big chunk that my little brain can't hold all at once, so I pause, think, then lose my place when I go back.

Going into a bathroom and seeing that the toilet paper roll hasn't been replaced.

Mostly empty plastic bottles/cans left out on the counter!
If you are done with it, either put it back in the fridge or rince them out and put them into the recycling bin! |
Litterers....now that the snow has melted I see where our roadways are just swimming in trash....I dreamed I was out there cleaning an especially nasty place.
So I think I will pick up a nearby area that is truly an eyesore...and also the gateway to a public drinking supply... :blink: |
People who stand in lines trying to decide what they want. I understand it can be a big decision and it can take some time. I am pretty laid back.
After 10 minutes and you still can't decide between iceberg and romaine lettuce? Skip it or toss a coin? *Apologizes for subway rant* I am not feeling well and I always manage to get stuck behind someone this indecisive when I am sick. |
