Happy Sunday friends,

I slept in late and watched CBS Sunday Morning News in bed. Now in my recliner with the baby kitty watching Golden Girls. I started breakfast and I am thinking about how I want to spend the day. Wishing you all a happy day.

Happy Sunday, everyone!

It's a beautiful, warm day here. I'm going to take a walk with my new rollator, even if it's just to the end of my driveway and back several times. Spending the rest of the day applying for jobs. I hope everyone has a great week!

Well on the east coast it's after midnight so I guess technically it's Sunday morning! I've got waffles if anyone is interested:chef2:

Happy Sunday, y'all. Mine will be easy. I still have the flu (thought it was a cold till the fever came back to haunt me), but am so much better. Will watch a movie and get ready for work next week. May go get the car washed and buy gas. Maybe not.

I'm lying in bed trying not to drift back off to sleep even though I had about two cups of french pressed coffee!

I'm also avoiding getting up b/c I don't want to grade essays. :(

I have to get some done, so I can watch the Oscars sans guilt! :blueheels:

happy sunday! laundry today and finish the netflix series longmire...i made it back to work after my vacation without too much adjustment...my vacation was soooooo nice!! have a great week!

New allure plank floors getting installed in mother in law apt at which time i will be painting.

Not as lazy of sunday as I would like!

It's bath day for Miss Sadie and I need to change my bed sheets; other than that I will do some laundry, watch movies, and dream of what I want to be should I ever decide to grow up! ;)

Being over the months I have had a bum knee I have figured out how to cook siting in a chair and not burning myself, then hoping all is as well as it is going to be, we are having waffles with bacon later this morning.

Will be nice and easy for me. Was going to do my tax return, but think I'll put that off till next week. Will get ready for the work week (cook and iron) and not much else. Will listen to more music from Asa (pronounced Asha and means Hawk in Yoruba) who reminds me of Bob Marley.

I do believe that spring is trying to sneak in a little early. I have all of my garden tools ready. Almost time to dig and plant. :-)

The kitties and I slept in and stayed in bed watching the local news. Now in my recliner I just finished watching CBS Sunday Morning News. I am thinking about breakfast I got some fresh honey that I want to break into. I will make hot tea and rest this morning.

Later, I have chores and gardening to knock out.

I was in bed by 1 am but slept in until 10 am, and feel like I could still sleep another hour or two. Not much to do today, other than some laundry and iron a couple of shirts for the coming week. Sadie's toenails need filing, rather than clipped, now that I have that handy new fangled Dremel rotary nail filer thingamabob.
First, coffee and a late breakfast is in order!

sunday!.... In my recliner reading sunday paper.No coffee so far.Home depot is on my list....i had ordered a stainless steel fridge for my mother in law apt and when they brought it yesterday......it was 1 inch to wide....YIKES!

Didnt realize door was a bit smaller than the norm.

Well I'm kinda late but Happy Sunday to all!!!!!!! I cooked omelettes and ham steaks, did morning chores, then we headed out for a nice Sunday drive. Home now with a roast in the crock pot, watching Lifetime movies. Everyone enjoy your week ahead!! :cigar2:

An older friend of mine who fell a couple times last month is all healed up and back home from rehab so I’m going over later to get him and take him to church. Meanwhile my morning is just going slow and lazy as I finish up drying a last load of clothes, heat water so I can French press up some coffee, and work on doing a little ironing.

I have never had the nerve to try scrapple, even though I have had haggis..LOL

Spring break for Red! I only have a weeks vacation this year so we are taking mini trips. Going to Memphis in May, then a few instate long weekends. I love the extra light, love being outside. One more freeze on the way then it's hands in the dirt.

Happy Sunday! I went grocery shopping on an empty stomach, bought stuff I don't usually buy (pork chops, corned beef brisket, freshly baked rye bread), but it's all good :).

Right now I'm folding clothes, watching Tamron Hall and the talking heads, drinking water, and wondering what to eat for breakfast.

I might do my taxes and I might not. Not driving on the freeway this weekend, just playing it cool.

I expect to have a good week and hope y'all do, too!

A lazy day for us....

I got up early and fed the pets, made breakfast and coffee and took our friend to Church. My sick honey stayed home to rest.:hangloose:

After Church I took our friend out to lunch (45 minute wait), then stopped for medicine at the local cvs for my honey.

I'm doing laundry and starting dinner now...yep, Sunday overeasy! Lolololol

Happy Sunday, Planeteers. Mine will be nice and quiet. Will prepare for the week ahead and maybe catch a movie. I need to start exercising—will do something, but not sure what.

So excited to have nice weather and lot's of sunshine. Couple of more weeks and we can safely plant our veggies. Love watching them grow almost as much as I love eating them.

Drinking coffee and watching an interview of Qwen Stefani on Sunday Morning. In a couple of hours I will be passing out certificates of completion to my Confirmation class students. These kids have been an extra bit of sunshine in my life. They are junior high age and still have some of their childlike ways but also turning into teens. I think the thing I admire the most about the kids is that they are still very authentic with their thoughts and feelings. Their creativity is still alive and not yet squelched by expectations and rules as if one size really does fit all.
