Jermaine Jackson named his kid Jermajesty. I can't think about it without laughing.

I do believe I am one of those evil parents...lol It wasn't intentionally mean, but I gave my son a family name. Which I didn't realize sounded so quirky until after the fact.

His first name is Sterling.

Our last name is Silvers. :|

Needless to say, he goes by his middle name...lol

Went to school with Theodore (Teddy) Bear.
Wrote payroll checks every week for Harry Butt.
Sold insurance to both Ima Pigg and Ima Hogg...
But my personal favorite is a canddate for sity office in Sandusky Ohio many years ago ...

I've been told that I would be cruel if I had a daughter and named her what I wanted to name her. Molly. Well, that's not the cruel part they said, but I'm not singing the full name (it MUST be sung) here.

I'm actually a proponent for unusual names. I hate it when the parent takes the spelling of it completely overboard to the point where the kid doesn't know how to spell their own name until they are in middle school.

I went to school with twins named Florine and Klorine. :| And also a dude named Harry Pitts (he was a coach and driver's ed teacher).

My all time favorite is a friend of mine, Dr. Head! And he's gay! LOVE!

One of the surgeons who came to speak to me prior to the big event was named Dr. Wellman. The intern standing next to him was Dr. Care. They were both wearing legitimate name badges.

My best (butch) buddy was named Sugar Sweet by his hippy parents. One of the kids on the commune he grew up on was named Rainbow Bright.

I actually know a Michael Hunt...he refuses to be called Mike LOL

I still remember one old headstone in a cemetary that had nothing else carved on it except the name "Bad Boy". Also, an obituary notice in my local paper stated someone's first name as being "Useless". I named one of my furkids "Number One", and when he hears the number one, he looks up lol!

I went to middle school with twin sisters....last name Cane...first names Candy (not too bad) and Hurra (poor thing). :blink:
