ITLT like..........

Being held tight after a long, frustrating day and then before i know it laughing about the silliest things. Just cause she can find and bring out the happiness in me no matter what.

Getting a call from my mom who is watching the Superbowl and she just KNOWS she's gonna win that car in that giveaway even though she signed up just once and there are millions of people registered.

Sitting at my desk finishing my work computer stuff and taking time to notice all the things on my desk that are special to me. Like, things co workers have bought me over the years, my certifications, an antique nurse that my uncle bought me when i graduated, a picture of me and Bully in our 50s attire at the reunion, sand from Julie's trip, curious George trinket box that another friend bought me and she has since passed away, a pink ceramic shoe that i just adored and got at Goodwill oh about 20 years ago, a tiny ceramic tea pitcher that i made myself....

Ok i'll stop now lol. But, it is wonderful to have these little things around me from all of these wonderful and different relationships that all mean so very very much.

finding the prize hy left under my pillow. Why didn't I look there first? Silly me, but content me.

Some guy at the train station made me a rose, out of palm leaves, just because he liked talking to me. That was so very sweet of him.

One of my favorite customers came in reeking of cologne. The scent lasted looooong after he left. This made me happy because it was a pleasant smell that covered the smell of what my employee did in the bathroom right before going home.

itlt...like drifting off to sleep with my 10 year old snuggled deep under the covers between us.

...text messages from family letting me know they miss and love me.

...watching my almost 14 year old hanging out with her in the kitchen while she makes dinner, chatting away. that is a first EVER!!

...doggy kisses after a long day at school and work.

...being able to log in here every now and again during the day and find myself smiling at all they joy you folks bring into my life!

Being called "Princess" today at a meeting at work by my boss.

Bully handing me extra money for play when she knew it was a shopping day!!!!!

My son eating dinner with us and loving what i cooked.

Doing something today very special and fun and together with lots of laughter.

Bella being clean and just adorable with her cute little hair cut and floppy ears.

Finding and buying hair clips that i've been looking for and they were just $1.00!!!!!!!

Today Syr grabbed me by the ponytail when i almost cut myself cutting up a cucumber.. she said through grit teeth *Don't cut yourself*

Yup the lil things are sometimes very BIG things!

Seeing Bella prance in with her cute little bandana and new hair cut (I sure did miss her while she was at the beauty shop)

Belle coming home and showing me all her prizes from shopping (including more notebooks for me- score!)

Being put to work on a secret project

i single opened tulip on the table......

the message that said, "we do things together now...".

a puppy that follows me around everywhere

it's the little things like,
giving hym a hand massage after training and watching the swelling go down immediately.

~ watching Titanic with me and enjoying it.

~ handing me tissues at the cryie parts.

~ Eating popcorn in bed together.

The little things say so much in any relationship.
Such as; I had to tell my partner I broke that plastic ear hook for my bluetooth and I don't use my phone so much without it because I always seem to be needing both hands for things. Ha Ha Then a few days later in the mail she made me a ear hook herself. I just love it. :) It is such a great way to feel someone is thinking about you.

It's the little things like....

being able to be silly with eachother ~ singing really cheezy songs completely out of tune, or breaking out in an old school rap song at any given moment.
