I need to complete packing my room up. I put it off too long.

Thinking about the mass of tech gear piled up on my kitchen table. Microphones, external hard drives, lenses, headphones, and about 5 miles worth of cables.

I am the chair of the LGBTQ+ and allies committee at work and no one really knows I am part of the community because I am very professional with strong boundaries that include not talking about my personal life at all. This is all my choice and I find it best because I supervise division directors so I need to keep a professional and clear boundary.

I cant stand how coarse my hair is when it grows from shaving.

I'm thinking about my mom today and the pretty summer blouses I got for her and me and my bff. My mom and my aunt used to go buy matching dresses and blouses for me and my cousin Leslie, so it's my turn to treat my mother to pretty summer clothes. I love my mother, so much. I know she'll be tickled pink to have an belated birthday surprise coming her way.

Today was a great day- though the heat makes you want to just fall out. Life is going to be what I put into it with a touch of the Universe, which makes me hopeful for an even better day tomorrow.
