I am SO looking forward to getting back to yoga a few times a week now that my semester at "what the fuck was I thinking" is winding down. I have a quaint but perfect little studio here in town that is operated by a progressive hippie-type (who, consequently, has the best yoga-booty I've ever seen!) and she emailed this morning to see if I'd be coming back. A couple of friends from work used to join me but I'm going with or without them this time. It's amazing for recentering the mind but also for detoxing the body. I always feel so amazing when I'm done! |
