I wished for a repeat of the wonderful haircut I got last month...
Sadly my stylist was in a hurry and gave me one of the worst haircut experiences in recent memory... She didn't cut my hair short enough, dried it without styling, the only product she used was an overpriced version of frizz-ease - no hairspray at all. When I asked her to trim the top a bit more she got all huffy and started snipping my hair making sure to get as much of it in my face as possible. The other thing I wished for is that my stylist had a miserable time at whatever she was going to that she was in such a hurry to get to rather than do her job... |

that the wind would die down. It is gusting up to 40mph here. And the temps going down to the mid 20s with those winds making it very unpleasant. I have been putting up plastic and weather stripping this morning in hopes of cutting down the cold drafts. Mimi is having a coniption fit with the heavy plastic on the window. He can't sit there and look outside!!! I have been yelling at him all morning. Mimi NO NO NO!!!! I think I may lose this battle. I feel miserable because I cannot go outside much in this weather.... :(

i wish for peace of mind & a positive sense of direction for those who need it.. i have had exactly that for a few days now, and it feels really, really great to know that i'm on the right track and the journey of self is well on it's way! but i also know how difficult it is to feel lost on that self journey - i've been there for awhile, and if i could help change that for anyone who feels it, i would in a heartbeat, it's a lonely place to be
