I'm eating a pear from the tree where the partridge was and it's absolutely friggin' delicious. Oh, and I'm sipping French roast. Because I can.

What exactly is a Hot Cup of awesomeness? It sounds delicious.

I didn't eat breakfast this morning, so this thread is making me hungry.

Trader Joes Coffee :D. It is quite delish.

I had breakfast and I'm still hungry! Although, I have a tendency to not eat much in the morning, which I should!

Rockinonahigh 12-19-2014 02:30 PM

Oat meal with fresh fruit and lots of coffee.

Orema 12-22-2014 06:35 AM

Green Juice

Green juice made with organic ingredients; black kale, green kale, collard greens, green leaf lettuce, curly parsley, dandelion greens, green chard, green apple. The only thing missing is ginger.

starryeyes 12-22-2014 06:47 AM

Hopefully something good because I'm starving!! :-D

cinnamongrrl 12-23-2014 05:56 AM

IF my eggs are any good....and if coconut milk can substitute for regular milk...

I MIGHT make pumpkin pancakes. I have the mix. No syrup but they really are sweet enough. If I make them, they might just be breakfast, lunch and dinner. I do love them THAT MUCH.

:bunchflowers:

If not, oatmeal or cereal with the coconut milk. How anticlimactic.

ahk 12-23-2014 11:12 AM

I haven't been eating a lot for whatever reason.
Which is not good.

Today-- 4 sausage patties, cup of tea, and an apple.

ahk 12-24-2014 01:34 PM

1 cup of fresh raspberries
scrambled eggs with ham, chopped mushrooms, and power greens.
hot tea

cinnamongrrl 12-26-2014 07:57 AM

Today I made the best smoothie ever....so far.

A kinda sorta recipe but, I don't really measure.

I used vanilla almond milk for the base: just enough to cover the blender blades
Added about a cup of frozen tropical fruit from TJs
And a frozen banana
Plus a bloop of peanut butter (a Tbs, maybe a tad more)
A sprinkle of cinnamon
and a tsp of chia seeds...

I was sad not to have any fresh greens, but they don't keep well...

I have to say, the peanut butter was a last minute thought; I typically use yogurt for protein but was out and wanted something in its place. This worked perfectly! And the pb taste was not overwhelming. I imagine with fresh, natural pb it would be even better. All those healthy oils and good fats.

Oh and citrus tea...because I like a hot brew in the morning :)

deathbypoem 12-26-2014 10:43 AM

Toast with honey

Right at this moment it's ginger snaps....and once the house warms up a bit I will make some chai to go with it...

cinnamongrrl 12-29-2014 07:01 AM
