Last night I fell asleep early with all the windows in my house open only to wake up this morning shocked to see it wasnt cold....72 in San Fran today what a GORGEOUS DAY!!! Hoping it will be the same tomorrow so I can have a fun day at the beach

My son telling me that he wants to move closer to his grandmother because no one can take care of her like he does.

Taking some time with my daughters this evening. We had dinner, saw a movie, and went for ice cream afterwards. They're 22 and 17, and I am so in love with them. I'm just busting with pride and joy at the lovely women they have become. How did I get so lucky?

Skyping with my 2 1/2 year old. i swear he will be walking soon. he started playing with the keyboard and muted us somehow lol.

its Saturday and the birds are singing outside...I have so missed having my windows and doors open .... I think I am going to bake some cookies and Story and I will take a walk later and bring them to my neighbors...

going grocery shopping in tights and a t-shirt with my hair all-over-the-freaking-place, yet still having a guy sweetly (and somewhat discreetly) follow me around the store so he could talk to me.
It wasn't a creepy sort of following me either. Made me smile. That hasn't happened to me in ages! |

working in the sun and enjoying the warmth of the approaching springtime seeing my daffodils and tulips emerging looking at seed catalogs and putting together a wish list enjoying a new flavor of gum (kiwi mango) my hair being long enough to throw into a pony tail now summer clothes and shoes finding their way out of the closets and hidden boxes feeding the old dog her vanilla ice cream the birds songs... |

Taking the dog out for his evening constitutional and meeting the new neighbors, who invited me to share a cigar and a cognac.
It was a fine cigar, and there were mutual offers of more to come, and summer deck parties. |
