Cuddling 10 day old chihuahua puppies, especially the one we named Sheldon, even his owner agreed it was a perfect name for him. He crawled up into the collar of my jacket, and went to sleep.....NOOO we are not keeping him.

I'm getting my bits waxed tonight then meeting up with a local undergrad who is interviewing sex workers about their experiences in the industry. I did the same thing in college, lots of research and over 200 interviews before entering the industry myself. :) (I realize that may not be her trajectory) but I'm excited to meet her and get my gears turning for a femme conference workshop I wanna put together.

4AM Snooze Alarm
Tiggergirl stepping in to replace Peaches as the 5 AM alarm again today made me smile.
I awoke to her tiny paw nudging my cheek, shiny bright eyes looking into mine, and a squeeky mew telling me it was time to get up..I rubbed her lil head pulled the covers over her and told her she was off by an hour, it was only 4AM. Smiling, as I went back to sleep. RIP Peachieboy :moonstars: |

words with deep meaning, circles being rebuilt with unwavering love and trust. remembering where things were almost a year ago- gah! realizing there really was a reason to keep standing tall and not look back chuckling cuz it still most always pains me to admit i coulda maybe been wrong, lol. old pages and tattered stories of past, really being cast out.. really believing they'll never be read again- and fully being ok with it. its headed to 78 degrees and sunny here today- that yummy bike outside is calling! tossin a picnic in the saddlebags, and heading towards water.. indeeeeeed! yes please! healthy outcomes from scary stuff still to come- really believing it'll be ok. the upcoming trip to the cabin in the mountains.. the river rushing under the deck, nobody around for miles, days and nights to ourselves, fishin from the porch, celebrating good results... just us. lots more... little big things... lots to smile about. :) |

Found a beloved sweater behind my dressing mirror. Going to spend time with my brother. Finished a presentation for the Big Interview. Wrote some satisfactory communications. Remembered with delight that I'd cleaned and loaded the French press and kettle last night before bed (in a fit of preemptive pique at no immediate morning coffee.) Surveyed my knitting projects and saw that it is good. Woke up with no headache for the first time in a month. :) :) :) :) :) |
